Until all the shares have been issued and the vultures who are throwing tens of millions at this have had their pound of flesh, the direction of travel will be towards 1p. Once that's settled and the loose money has exited in October/November, then there's a case to be made to take another look.

For the time being, this stock is a total liability and everything is just speculation about whether there is a spike/spikes between now and the 1p doomsday event in September.

What possessed people to put money in a stock at 5p, 10p and 15p that is being valued at 1p will never make sense to me.

Not saying the company can't be successful in the future, but retail are not getting an opportunity to share in any potential success at this stage. At 5p retail are paying a x5 premium. This is currently all for the benefit of institutions and retail are just expendable.

I'd be more interested in the free float after next month if I were you.

Parafi made companies trading at all time lows go massively before selling out and collapsing the price.

The difference here is that SATS is already trading at a massive premium unlike all their previous investments.

I can see there is potential given the cash and people involved, but I just feel this raise and how it's been coordinated completely undermines retail.

We are seeing even the most popular treasuries mNAV contracting to x2 and x3 right now. With so much cash raised at 1p it's a total liability for any retail investor currently. It's a decent play and 1p, a reasonable play at 2p, and maybe a worthwhile gamble at 3p, but 4p+ is all risk for minimal reward at this stage.

Today's news further suggests the ducks are being lined up. The subnet should go live next week.

With a tiny market valuation, a new subnet that has yet to be announced, further news on the treasury strategy and some crypto purchases, I feel confident that CLAI will be the next big runner.

SWC has enough spare cash to take it well over 1000 Bitcoins once it's deployed.

As time passes and the company grows larger of course the mNAV will come down as the rate at which the company can grow will be slower logistically.

Take Metaplanet for instance. That is twenty times the size of SWC, but it still commands a x7 mNAV. At this very early stage of growth for SWC where the company is essentially doubling it's NAV every fortnight a x20 mNAV isn't unexpected and a x7 mNAV a virtual giveaway. You are essentially buying a company for £660m today safe in the knowledge it will likely have around £700m in cash and assets within 6-8 weeks.

As the companies growth slows, so the mNAV will contract and this can be managed all the way up without anyone getting spiked to such an extent that they won't be breaking even again within a month or so in the worst case. It represents extreme volatility with a chance to get your stake money back a month down the road if you pick the wrong entry point. Not only that if you leave your money in another few months you will likely double or triple your investment.

The premium being paid is due to the company being able to double it's NAV every fortnight.

A £660m mcap it will be about x7 mNAV after todays raise. If you include another £30m from the Shard offering that will be complete within next week or two I imagine we're easily going to be sat on around £150m cash and bitcoin which puts us at about x4.5 mnav. If you factor in the next raise in about 2 weeks time, at £3 we're likely to be around x3 mnav.

COIN on the other hand hasn't proved it can raise any significant amount of cash and the premiums being paid there are a concern.

To my mind this is the easiest bet out there currently. £5m mcap and the directors are on the board of the majority of the UK treasury companies currently. Not only that, out of all of them, this is the one they chose to load up in.

We can also see today that things are happening behind the scenes. Easy 10 bagger from here in my opinion if it does what most of the others have done.

It that's the case, it will be one of the first companies on the LSE where the directors invested 250k at a massive premium to pay their own salaries.

Not sure of the regulations, but could it be possible that the board are waiting at least 30 days since their purchase to avoid any accusations of insider trading.

There same people here that are in TAO. Not to mention the same broker and advisor here that is running VULT.

There are a lot of people here involved in the crypto space currently, and they're making all the others do multibags.

They're saving the best until last here in my opinion.

Growing treasuries like SWC with only a few hundred Bitcoin but access to hundreds of millions in funding should actually do well.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was up again tomorrow.

I believe this was the 3rd company after SWC and COIN to announce a treasury strategy in the UK and it's now the lowest market cap of them all.

The treasury announcement was also the most detailed here of everything that came after SWC and COIN. It really did sound like they have a plan to emulate SWC and COIN here in their strategy.

I'm not sure what the delay is here, but Matthew Lodge and Nicholas Lyth seemed very eager to get in at any price. Looking at what they've managed at TAO makes me extremely confident they are going to blow the doors off here any day now.

The fact investors know Main Market is difficult to do what SWC has done is what's presenting the opportunity here. If the board can demonstrate they have a plan for regular raises and buys this could go up five times in the blink of an eye from here.
