Fed up waiting for much of a drop, which doesn't seem to happen, so got in yesterday and more today. Tad annoying when spotted at 9p when very quiet, but allowed someone to put me off. Better now than never...I hope!

Some excellent points you raise there . I also wondered why feedback from the company on why resolution 1 was important to the company. It seems to relate to the full 2020 results being shared with all shareholders and quite a large ( minorty ) voted against it. Where did you locate the full details of the AGM on their site as I couldn't find?

Actually, yes I recall reading that now. It was actually very useful and I liked the Cenkos valuation which I used on a recent post -- "We increase our DCF valuation to 250p from 160p "
I can see the open offer you mention to upscale the business and enable faster growth, it would seem plausible to be done soon. Possibly mentioned next week due to the AGM.

I noted the two 67,630 delayed trades on 16 June , but they rarely tell you too much....
