This is my view. Why relist, why would investors take the risk to invest, why would Polo extend the loan agreement. This all smells of something is going to happen. Polo have the option to convert the loan to shares at 7.5p in the future.

I just feel it’s going to happen.

I like Carnival for a long term recovery. There will be print up demand for cruises. And with vaccine passports this should be on the up pretty quick towards the end of the year.

This could keep going up. As irrational the drop so irrational could the rise be. The melt up could take it to £4 in the next few weeks. I think £3 is fair value at the moment. But this market is mad and I would not be surprised to see at the £4 level. I sell everything in May.

And it a mainly older people that use buses over trains as they are cheaper and they don’t want to drive long distances. They are the ones vaccinated. I was thinking maybe £4 in 18 months but that could come this year now.

Okay so the number of ordinary shares stays the same. I still don’t get it as I have 1 ordinary share at 1p rather 10p which means I can only trade 10% of my original investment. The other 90% are now not trade able. Or are they going to issue 9 ordinary shares for 9 debenture shares at some point in the future. But it’s still means I can only sell 10% of original stake.

So I have 10 shares, then I end up with 1 ordinary and 9 debentures shares worth nothing. So has the value of my shares in gcm

I think in addition they have treated their staff well. Therefore retention high. They will benefit from road pricing by miles rather than car tax in the U.K. Finally CEO is x fedEx. Why is this important because the future is about the movement of people, services and goods in the most efficient way.
