A quick trade this morning off 285p sold for 23 pips. I like future but for me to invest long term I need to see director buys and the final piece of bad news out of the way (remember it comes in threes). Also I suggest they need a bigger hitting CEO.

I expect the results to include further negativity and also the CEO to step down. This will be the final low of the share maybe £2. Then buy.

Aim does not operate like other exchanges, it is a bit Wild West and therefore requires nerves and a long term view. I remember Rockhopper in the days up until the announcement of the find, there were huge sells, resulting in the assumption that they had struck nothing. The crowd followed and sold then a week later they announced a discovery and shares went stratospheric.

My point is you either believe this will happen or not. Daily share activity means nothing, and offers if you have funds to top up or if you don’t believe GL will happen then to sell.

The last couple of sentences is a major clue that GL is coming

Even with 600 million shares in issue (Polo shares and additional interests). Then £2 still only equates to 1.2 billion valuation on an 80 billion asset.

No because with the GL comes access to finance options. So let’s say GL comes share price goes to £2. GCM can refinance the loan based on this share price and future prospects, without having to provide the share options.

From CEO point of view Tang would need to follow this way for The best interest of all shareholders. Hence why it needs to be done before the GL.

So I can take 30% of the company now as stock without GL (but knowing that it’s going to happen). Or wait for GL and get the loan repaid.

If we get the GL we are going to £2 very quickly. The maths will dictate this. GCM is worth nothing without the GL but will own an asset worth 87 billion with the GL.

They need coal first then as part of the deal transition to renewables. The need for energy will only increase for Bangladesh going forward and it’s not a case of one or the other but the development of both.
