Hi Malik Yes it is interesting .... actually I personally value zulu and the epo area higher than arcadia, suggest you research Zulu and the likely final size and the metallurgical test work previously carried out by Anzaplan.
Look lets agree to disagree I'm in quite a good mood at the moment on accounts of the fact I'm close to 10 bagging and there's plenty more fuel in the tank imo!
Milnrowmug, biggest recent positive was arcadia being bought for $487m by a chinese company....in my view on comparative basis that values Prem with its likely resource and epo area up at around 2p a share. Done a dcf and you get the same sort of number using what i think is fairly conservative numbers.
I'm happy to hold to after the JV and take another look so daily share price movement is not an issue for me, people being here 5 mins and telling prem holders that this is a sinking ship is!
Full disclosure I own 200m at average much much lower than here, I bought most of them Oct 20. I was a mug back then according to this board
Hi Welshy. Yes that could happen but remember that the potential acquirer will have to make us an offer presumably at a price north of here. If we reject the offer it kinda suggests the shares are worth more to the shareholders than the premium being offered. So it’s unlikely the share price would fall materially….you usually do get some short term selling by the traders on a rejected offer though.
Outside Investment into Zulu from a lithium manufacturer makes sense for all parties. It’s what’s known as a win win hence the sp movement the market knows it’s the right way to go and that prem is undervalued on that basis …. Simples.
Bick
They get the lithium that they want they don’t want prem . It’s a lithium manufacturer not manganese or tungsten manufacturer
Security would be shares in the Zulu spv and presumably JV agreement allowing them access to the lithium.
Is standard structure - nothing unusual imo

In the last rns - Premier has signed a non-binding Heads of Terms ("HoT") with a leading Lithium manufacturer for a direct investment into Premier's wholly owned Zulu Lithium Mauritius Limited and which owns the Zulu.
Direct invest into the spa not prem so don’t start with we are getting diluted ….that’s not what the rns says!
Acker - “those pesky traders.….” - proper pmsl with that one, thanks Acker spilt my red wine all over my cream sofa!
The market will tell us where this goes, personally not bothered by next week month or quarter. This time next year will tell us where we are at!
Rha and mnh are both irrelevant to me. There hold zero value in any of my appraisals. I’d argue currently they have a negative effect on share price with circum being neutral at best. As SK says SP looks too cheap for what we currently know of Zulu. So yes in a way the impact rha not getting funding and being profitable in 2020 has had on Prem’s share price is funny in a sorta way!
Jamgoo , doesn’t mention Chinese ? What’s with the Chinese are gonna take away the asset for next to nothing agenda …… same M.O. as the we are going bankrupt stories from this sort of time last year…..yawn! Is funny because of its predictability.

I meet you, plaserman, bick (very briefly at the end) and bongoblu at the investor meeting. I’m part of the WhatsApp group that you define as “elitist”. I beg to differ but we can agree to disagree I am sure.
What I would say about the WhatsApp group is it’s kept a lot of investors from losing a lot of money by sharing information and especially when share price was on its arse and a lot of people would have baled otherwise. Peeps in that group have a real chance of making good profit now, which is why we are all here after all.
Snowing IMO actually makes his life much harder by trying to disseminate some of that information to this board, if we/he were truly elitist he wouldn’t do that.
Anyways hopefully we hit that target share price you had even if it was a bit lower than mine. We will all be more chilled then I’m sure.
