Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
If that was a sell....that’s great news considering you could sell 122m in on go and the reaction of the share price to the sale that occurred at beginning of yesterday afternoon.....I didn’t realise this share was in such high demand!
Epo past that point and I’m lead to believe is on the last steps ie with president to sign along with around 40 others .... so not a Prem specific delay before it’s mentioned! Also epo of that area is not quite as valuable to other as marriage value with Zulu is what makes it interesting for PREM.
Hey Acker, you are correct that this can be a traders share. I hope no one was short on this at the beginning of last week, cos that’s gonna have hurt! Personally don’t think anyone would have been foolish enough as it was super low and only going to go one way!
The investors that came on board in October significantly de risk Prem because they have provided a realignment of strategic vision coupled with further investment opportunities . They also potentially could provide different sources of capital. On basis they injected a significant amount of money into Prem that it is now debt free with money in the bank!
Circum as far as my memory serves me is a big plus because when we reach a liquidity event the proceeds are potentiality to be distributed....it goes to a shareholder vote I think this was RNS’d sometime ago. My understanding is GR is in favour of some form of distribution back to shareholders.
I agree with you there Steve £’s or 30p not achievable.....
But on right newsflow over the next few weeks this could 5 to 10 bag ..... and the move would be quick IMO
Oh my god …. really forensic accounting!
Your obviously not very good at it!]
Loss in the P&L would be a Debit and youd have to "hide" them in the assets in the balance sheet
And for your information I am Chartered Cerified Accountant
So please stop talking ******
Anyone know anything about Alan Gordon Jenks? Rns says he owns 3.05%.
What's everyone's take on yesterdays rns, about CC being appointed an advisor to Dala?
Also I like fact CC is being invited to these presentations does BLCC no harm in my view.
Cheers
