you make some interesting valid points. However, I believe that 88e is attempting to prove as many discoveries and presence of resources, in as many locations as possible, then move the company merge or sell on. Thats the strategy, they have never said they will do it all......

why get involved in this first place with this share. It was always a risk as it was poorly funded from the beginning. If you accept the risk and the volatility, then what is there to moan about. if you want an easy ride, invest, then hold and forget about it, go invest in something like Tesco, not on aim. Surely "investors", can see that? Or are all the people on the message board complaining looking for a fast buck? If so 16.40 race is about to start at Kempton Park! Or better still try 88E..........

In a time of rising inflation and volatile markets, Gold has always been thought of as a safe haven. The same could be argued for Diamonds. GEMD has a great asset, Lesotho, that is still to be fully exploited. In my opinion this stock is severely undervalued and I see a correction in its value coming soon. This stock, for me, is a definite buy and I see £1.20 plus, in the not to distant future.

Barcelona Bill, its a gamble to buy shares in a company ahead of a possible movement, from an RNS. GEMD is an investment. I saw your comment on another share, stating thats what you do. Best of luck, just different strategies I guess......

Looking at your comments on this and on TPG, we obviously. Have different strategies. You mention that you like to buy into a stock ahead of the RNS with positive news the share rises. Is that not gambling? Rather than investing? Is that not the same as backing the favourite each time in a horse race?

LTH,I have no idea, as I assume many here don't, as to why this share moves down one week in such large percentage and rises again in such high percentage? Its not as if there are many many RNS news stories being issued, that would justify such movement, all answers welcome......

I believe it shows as unrealised asset in the balance sheet? But not sure, I believe that legally they can report it in a variety of ways, no hard and fast rule, but share price usually moves once the cash is received, hope this helps

With pent up demand due to the tenders ring cancelled, this stock will come good, it’s a matter of timing. Gem have behaved correctly during Covid restrictions and are treating their staff at ground level in the right way. The assets are going nowhere let’s just be patient….

The assets are there, progress in being made, Im sure news is coming out very soon. Impressed with management so Ive added another million shares. I have a strong holding in this, but please DYOR.

Why are so many trying to read into things that have not yet been said?The insults flying about, are at times juvenile. As far as I am concerned let things play out, if they do, the price will find its correct level. Its all positive, read again the latest RNS, to quote:

I am impressed by the posts by keefy01 and other LTH of this stock, really drilling (sorry for the pun) into the minutia of this company. I will not pretend to fully comprehend, but that said is it not more simple to say, that there is oil, but we do not know how much is commercial and how the company will monetize the asset without selling the company or finding a partner.

Take over target or merger dilution....
