The stock market is one huge gambling machine, we are all informed that your investments can go up or down. You pays your money and take the risk, usually the bigger the risk the bigger the reward, no risk for a little reward. As I see it Eqtec has only a few hurdles left to reap a huge reward, all the ducks can be lined up but something out of the blue strikes and we are all in tears. Is Eqtec worth the punt, I think so. Rampers should be all in and the derampers should not be invested here. GLA

Can we assume a lot of sells will eventually buy back in at a higher sp. As we all know this share has a long way to go up.

I cannot fathom why bme is constantly falling, can anyone enlighten me. Any thoughts would be welcome.

A financial editor commented on buy backs and drip feed buying that it could help offset a bear run in the markets. Why companies utilise buy backs has been mentioned on here before. As numerous companies are doing buy backs they may be having a slight affect on the market.

Just checked glens sp prior to last years investors update, share price started to rise on the date and continued well into January. Haven’t checked the content also prior to Xmas rise.

Sp should rise, then should increase the volume of trades as well, as the sp rises to a price a lot of investors have bought into.

Cameron new what was going to happen.

Cameron tried to get a better deal but failed, the eu didn’t take it seriously. We now have a soft brexit which all but the brexiteers wanted, and now nobody wants this deal!

I’m expecting positive news at the AGM. Then into the new year contract signed, then more to follow. I think any work will be staggered over the coming year giving a steady rise in sp. Got to be fully loaded up before the AGM. IMO

Thanks again for your imputes and thoughts on my question. I would have assumed there must be data held somewhere on this, there is data for prices, buys, sells etc.on a minute by minute basis. It would have been interesting to see if the shares in issue were being spread over a decreasing or increasing shareholder basis.

I don’t think there will be any disappointing news at the AGM, if anything it will be a push back of the news on contracts that have been muted to be confirmed in this quarter. Which if they are still confirmed all is good, dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. If my thoughts are correct then the sp will rise considerably, I’m not expecting any rns before the AGM. Does anybody know how to obtain how many shareholders hold shares in a company, I’ve googled this question but I’m not getting the information I would like. Thanks to anyone who can direct me to my last question.

I receive my dividends in cash.

Dummy return, converted to cash in my account today.

I go through AJ Bell, all divis have been paid on time, apart from this payment. From the 25th October it shows a dummy return, hopefully Monday it will show a cash balance.

Have the directors purchased their shares or has it been an agreement between the directors and eqt in their contract? To me it reads as a contractual share issue, therefore there could be more shares issued throughout their tenure. With their inside knowledge I would have assumed a far larger purchase of shares. Tip of the iceberg?

You don’t normally get funding (€10m) without some form of security, if no security then there must be something guaranteed to obtain the loan. Does eqt have security? If not then there must be a sufficient form of revenue that will
service the loan over the term agreed. IMO there must be deals virtually done.

9th May was the last rns notifying of a major holding in eqt. If there where big buyers and institutions buying up shares then there should be more rns’s informing us.
