As said by T. May, better a no deal as a bad deal. Any deal done would be a rushed deal, to get a balanced trade deal that could suit both parties should take years to work out, without the time pressure that has been constant.

Someone mentioned earlier about the small trades today, just looking at the last 30 minutes or so there are loads of very small trades. Has anyone got any thoughts on these?

Amazon announced Tuesday that it's entering the pharmacy business with a new offering called Amazon Pharmacy. It allows customers in the United States to order prescription medications for home delivery, including free delivery for Amazon Prime members. The company has been quietly building out its pharmacy business for several years after ramping up internal discussions in 2017 and acquiring PillPack in 2018. Amazon Pharmacy threatens the dominance of traditional pharmacies such as CVS and Walgreens. Those stocks were under severe pressure in the premarket. Amazon's offering will also compete against other large retailers that offer pharmacy services, including Walmart.

Amazon’s move into pharmacy should only affect the retail, not the manufacture of drugs.

Hi rcgl2, I’m not knowledgeable in any way how the financial aspect could be worked out. I’m only trying to find a route that could be acceptable to most of the main players. Funding, control, percentages owned by each party would be negotiated. I also believe NM will look after the pi’s.

Hi Quady, if there where jv deals with the other majors I would assume that would stop any possible t/o for solg and might include leaving cgp alone as well. This also allows NM to realise his ambition of running a mine. Debt would be at a minimum, allowing dividends to be paid to shareholders while getting a substantial rise to the share price.

Solg go to production on alpala with CGP in tow with FN funding, then jv the rest on a ongoing basIs. Cgp will not be able to get the finance and solg will then be able to buy them out. Solg would then be able to reduce their funding from FN with the profits from the jv’s. This surly could meet any deadlines that are in place and everyone gets a piece of this vast cake except cgp. OR is this to simple.

Is GSK’s continued fall just down to the dollar future exchange with the US elections?

I think the majors have seen the legal possibilities and will wait until it’s sorted before making any moves.

What if a major offers shares of their stock to solg shareholders instead of cash, as NM has offered to CGP?

If bhp are allowed to increase their holding after the 15th, at what percentage increase does this merit an rns? I would also assume pi’s at this moment will not be sellers, which leaves distressed sellers and traders working small margins but with the caveat of higher highs and higher lows.

I go both long and short on this stock. My previous comments are all valid.

When the sp plummeted to the March/April lows, then climbed to £3.60, who didn’t wish they had bought in March. This could now be de jav vu.
I’m back in on Friday, not catching the low but very happy with my entry price.

New travel restriction in Dublin announced yesterday, advising essential travel only to Dublin, but Ryanair are not refunding or giving vouchers to accommodate this. £250 down the tubes. Last time I book with Ryanair.
