Hi ET, I had a similar question a while back and a board member replied that any RNS’s would still be released. I have also read from another board that any RNS’s should not be unduly delayed and should be released not later than 48 hours. I would assume though that fledgling mining companies could find ways of delaying news, assuming all board members are in agreement. Just my thoughts the last sentence.
Car engines all work on the same principle “combustion “, but there are different designs.

From Bloomberg
I do not know anything about tech analysis and had to look up what a double top was. Upon reading about this there must apparently be a substantial increase in volume, otherwise it could be suspect. Checking over the volumes for the last couple of days there seems to be only a slight increase in volume, therefore I think the fall today is still profit takers.I would appreciate any Chartists who could enlighten me on this. Looking for a bounce back tomorrow.
If NM has to take a back seat and the majors gain control and dilute solg to move to production which surly will be their aim, on moving toward production the share price must move up giving a huge Mcap. Although nm will not be calling the shots, he will still be worth an absolute fortune and with little to do. Just what most pi are hopefully wanting.
Thanks Optimusgold.
If solg are in negotiations, jv, t/o or some other deal, are they still obliged to release news? As any news could influence the share price during negotiations.
Just my thoughts on no news.
Filter at the ready. Lol
Filter still working.
Would the share price have any influence on the split? Tax liability etc, as I would assume gsk would have to be valued just prior to the split.
The problem I have found with Eqt. is not the selling, but when you want to buy back in. Late morning today I could not even buy £50 worth, has anybody else experienced this?
My thoughts: sit tight, hold onto your shares, wait until the price goes up to your target sell price.
Stocks & Shares ISA fully topped up today. I was a bit anxious over the holidays that eqt. would have gone up to much today and not getting enough shares moved over.
Hopefully a slow rise until the next ISA year and then might be able to move the rest before the sp takes off.
Possibly changed their handle.
But to be fair, they did say this was going to multibag.
Which for most who bought in the last financial year it has done.
Hopefully this year I can change my handle to “ nowdone”
Fully retired, golf and holidays.
Just downloaded DuckDuckGo, from the App Store.
Didn’t sign into lse but got all the chats with not one ad.
You have to sign in to post and the only ad I have is a sidebar ad for the Financial Times and one for Aberdeen standard investments.
There is no flickering of the chats due to ads. being loaded.
Thanks Bombaysapphire.
What’s with these full page adverts I’m now seeing!
Might just log on to view any rns updates from now on.
The ads are killing this site.
Couldn’t say what the mcap was, I know the share has been diluted a lot 2 years ago.
24th January 2014 this share was 32p
The tech would have been the same or similar, the business model I assume has changed.
Eqtec has had 6 years on a learning curve and is now ready to take advantage of the green revolution, eqtec is now in the right time frame to deal with waste that has to be disposed of correctly.
Regarding the last few trading days, how many people sold out hoping to buy back in expecting the drop?
Good luck to all who are holding.
Do share prices keep moving up 17% a day on no news!
Something is happening.
All the index’s are well down today, 33b. I think a dusting of this could have found its way into eqt. Should find out in a couple of days if the main index’s rebound and there is a fallback I need eqt.
If this is the case then eqt is getting noticed.
Should be still a good run up to Xmas.

I haven’t been investing in the stock market very long and have no knowledge of take overs. But from what I have read is that the 3 main shareholders who want control only need 51% of the shares. The question being how many shareholders would sell out at a low ball offer for them to obtain this percentage. From what I read on this board there are quite a few holders when the share was in the penny range that might be tempted to sell out. I appreciate that the first ploy is to change the existing ceo, if that fails then I would assume a low offer to entice as many weak holders to sell up. They also now know how many shares that are now required to reach their target, therefore if NM cannot get the share value up very quickly I don’t see a fair value offer/bid coming in. I do hope NM has a few good rns,s up his sleeve.
