The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
For BHP, the clear lure for any deal would be Anglo’s copper assets. The world’s biggest miners are all seeking to expand their copper production in anticipation of rising prices as demand for electrification rises while future supplies look constrained.

BHP proposal to buy out AAL
If the technology is that good it would have been bought over by now at this low MC.
What has happened and where has all the pi’s money gone too?
This is a process of eradicating pi’s share of the company.
Pitcole are still apparently still substantial holders, even after all their selling. And more of the same to come (verde)
DP the tactician of all of this is doing a good job of eradicating the pi’s small say of what will happen to Eqtec. I hold my 🤲 up to him. He has no empathy for the pi’s situation, pension, savings etc. most obviously looking for a good return on their investment, but also looking to the future of the planet. How silly have we been!
At this low market value, if the tech etc. was good it would surely have been bought over by now. But who actually owns the assets, tech, patents to keep the sp this low to stop a buyout of all this world class ( leading) company.
Rio Tinto Copper Boss Says Building Mines Is Better Than Buying

Regarding the 75% of votes to force a delisting that you mentioned earlier, if Eqtec keep issuing equity to DP’s preferred partners, these partners would surely hold 75% at some point in the near future. If keeping the valuation as low as possible, would this be to their financial advantage and pi’s disadvantage?

CNN report on Noboa and Mex Embassy.
Copper, silver and gold on a run.
Looks like China’s factory info released lately is having an effect on copper.
Regarding SC’s thought on what would be acceptable, I think he intended to mention this amount for the benefit of pi’s.
As pi’s have a minority shareholding in Solgold and have been pummelled with the share price as of late, it feels to me that SC has given us a heads up to hold or buy more if you can. Regarding all the pi’s that have bought when the price fell to sub 6p, the same applies. No need to trade the share up to 23p, which should produce more buying pressure and reduce the short term profit takers.
My question like others is why 23p. Is it just a respectable figure to get too for valuation purposes for a jv, finance or a price to start a sale of Solgold.
It has certainly put the share on an upward trajectory.
I’m reading the 23p mention is for pi’s confidence that you can buy all the way up to at least this price.
Migration is all about evolution. There has been migration since humans moved out of Africa. The main difference now is the political indoctrination of peoples in different countries, depending on if the country is governed by democratic, autocratic or dictatorship.
Given enough time there might be a hibrid system that will develop, as we don’t have a perfect system at the moment.
Pajero?
Is the share price at the point of being taken back down, or will today be the exception and hold.
21 million people aren’t going to change their gas boilers even if they could afford to.
Many years ago houses used coal to generate hot water and heating.
Millions of homes used coal and oil. Gas from the North Sea changed this. As mains gas pipes got installed and supplies piped into housing schemes people changed over to gas for hot water and heating at great cost to the homeowner.
The same will happen to gas when gas boilers become unrepairable or past their last permitted installation date.
I have my doubts if Palumbo can be removed. He is in situ by the main shareholders, and will stay there as long as they are making money out of Eqtec
Possibly he may become the fall guy when the cash raising is no longer possible.
Seems to me there must be an end game of some sorts for the major shareholders.
From your last post I can only assume you are a trader and not an investor.
Nothing wrong in being a trader, as long as pi’s know your motivations.
Not to worry, summer will be here shortly and we can make more jam!
Don’t be mistaken by the total buyers (number of buyers and buy quantity) and total sellers (number of sellers and sell quantity) and judge the price movement. Even if you see total buyers higher than total sellers stock price can go down. This is because the total buyers or sellers are buyers and seller in the queue at varying prices and are not at the currently traded price.
DP is a very busy person, I believe he is listed as a director of another 11 companies.
Needs to put his energies into this one.
Certainly looks like the APAC countries are more intent on tackling waste to energy/ hydrogen.
From some of the tv documentaries waste plastic is more visibly evident on their shores, giving them more impetuous to do more.
