No problem. If you check out the latest pdf presentation on the website, it gives the splits of the biggest backers & bod. The ownership is the single biggest asset the company have imo: it’s no coincidence that Ironridge have been tracking down as many lithium assets as they have when you look at who owns 40% of the company and the markets they are focused upon.

Two multinational conglomerates (Sumitomo Corp & Assore ltd) and DGR Global, who started SOLGOLD. Plus Nick Mather, CEO of SOLG holds millions in his privately owned Tenstar Trading. And, though I have no proof, I’m all but certain that Tribeca Resources Fund have a slice. Top 20 holders have 85%.

It’s another of those portofolio transfers. I’ve been keeping a record and there’s now been 2.1Million of them in the last two months. 85k sell (at discount) to Market Maker Market maker immediately dumps 85k on the bid at 22.6p. This shows as two trades but is in fact only 85k shares.

They also used some artistic license inventing one 85k sell and that 100k is decidedly fishy too as any trade of that size is automatically delayed for an hour. Transparent. Still Peel on the bid though, I believe. Thumbs up.

I mentioned a bunch of AIM companies there, with equivalent MCAP's/resources, plus SOLG, DHR & DGR.

It was you who picked UKOG out of that lot.

The comparison with UKOG is that it's an AIM resource company and, rather incredibly, is valued at twice what Ironridge is.

Oh yeah: course what I've not done is go through and pick out what was good/bad news. Prem, for example, has had mostly ****house news.

Aye no worries Fixxx. I haven’t seen a single chartist call IRR correctly since March/April. It marches to the beat of its own drum.

So, not news then that made the MM’s change sides. In anticipation of this scenario (this is Ironridge after all) I checked out the techs: RSI was well oversold and, at 23, the price collided with the top of the previous channel, which looks like it was probably the price Peel had been looking for. Whatever the reason, initial lithium grades due within 9 days. Should be able to get an idea of realistic JORC resource & NPV’s.
