Yeah, September seems about right but you can't leave it until the last minute.
They will raise next spring.
Directors have had a year Friday to buy as much as they like and have chosen not to do so on any occasion. People always claim it's a closed period but in reality.

The longer this goes, the market knows they get closer to needing funding every day.
Not saying it'll be done at this level but the lack of director buying isn't exactly inspiring is it!
