George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Hey Hexam what is your strategy then.
Will you still holding your shares? Even with the D4E?
Even if we have a little portion?
Giantsquid you disagree with what? I don’t understand. Few months ago you said the SP will reach 5p it reached 1p you won - well done! What do you need more? The SP cannot be negative. Move on to another stock do the same strategy you are a master in it.
It reminds me AMC before skyrocketing it was December 2021…
Cruis 1 what do you think for September B.O?
Lol HNS you made my day haha
Maybe not a takeover just a deal. He can fund Cine with liquidity until November and he will see his stocks to rise at pre crisis level. It’s a win win situation for both - so why selling at loss - I mean for a person like Jangho who owns billions
One more think that intrigued me was the fact that Jangho sold his stocks. Let me explain he had 13.79% of Cine which represented between $400/500m now he has less than $4m if I were him I would inject the liquidity missing into Cine even with a very low interest rate in order to take back my half of billion (with some terms maybe to take a bigger part of the share of Cine) the fact that he sold means that Mooky doesn’t want to leave his company. He still wants to keep control of it… what do you think?
If I am not mistaken they have already paid a part of Regal Shareholders as of December 2021. They only need to pay $90m out of the $170m if I am not mistaken
I have just checked on Bloomberg indeed I can confirm that Goldman Sachs bought more than 8 million shares the 24th of August.
He has now 11.5% according to Bloomberg
*H2 2021 apologies
Look for me I anticipate
Q3 2022 - $2,000m
Q4 2022 - $2,300m
H2 2022 - $4,300m which is c. $1bn higher than H1 2021 (with only $89m negative cash flow to equity)…
According to Bloomberg they had $354m of cash as of 32/12/2021 - H1 2022 they should be negative $100m maximum H2 2022 will be better but let’s say negative $100m. They still have $150m for 2023 with a good slate of movies
GS sold 21 millions of shares as of the 23rd of August but cannot see the swap in Bloomberg
StanleyPro I agree with you they need $200m according to
My calculation as well. Giving $200m or losing $8bn
I agree Tegop but look the silence of Plex tells you everything. They know that it’s a trick they are playing in the same industries…
I went onto Bloomberg just to see if they updated things and I have noticed that they have increased Cine Revenue forecast for 2022 by $3m and they increased the revenue for 2023 by $30m
“Most cinemas are loss making at the moment”
Q4 2021 B.O. $2,067m - everybody was happy Mooky said at that time we were in cash flow positive (for Q4)
And now he is saying that we cannot survive we will fill for bankruptcy? Ok
July 2022 - $1,133m
August 2022 - c. $445m
September 2022 - c. $425m
Total for Q3 2022 - $2,003m so not so far knowing that we have no movies…
Look we all made the choice to invest in it because we believed in the industry.
All the analysts during the pandemic were saying nobody will return to the cinema they were wrong. There were saying that the 5th lockdown will come in place during Omicron, it didn’t happen and now Covid is behind us.
We have one issue now is the lack of movie that will disappear from November of this year because of you see the slots of movies in 2023 it’s amazing.
You need to ask yourself why on earth they file for bankruptcy without releasing the H1 2022 statement? A normal company will release the result on time showing a huge negative profit with a proof and then file to bankruptcy. H1 2022 did better than H2 2021, H2 2022 will do better than H1 2022 and it will be even higher in 2023. lenders know that. With regards the case with Plex they can play around for 6/8 years at least so they will have time to have some cash to pay them at that time. Something is not right
With only 94 comments lol nothing will happen
So sorry to hear that TimeShifted.
NoFear before selling Cine you said in the forum that for sure was it will go to 150/180p, but you needed the money to invest in another stock.
When AMC was down almost collapsing I said that the stock will bounce for sure and you were laughing at me. I made a good profit on that.
Cine has $8.9bn Debt they have Polaris and Jangho Group invested both at 13% since the beginning it means that they lost each half of billion of dollars.
With a Chapter 11 they will all be wiped out.
Cine only need some liquidity to survive until the end of November 2022. From that date they will be all right.
It’s the choice of the creditors or they fund them again or they lose everything. Not only the creditors but the studios Cineplex shareholders and thousands of jobs are at risk for the moment.
This is all a trick.
Have fun in the capita forum but without me
