Someone on the Advfn BB phoned the office on 10th Sep and spoke to a receptionist. Part of his call was " I asked her where she was located. Answer, "16 Great Queen St". Asked her about Bury St. She said she was only the receptionist and knew nothing. There was nobody available to give a progress update"

Thanks RJH. Did you see any other occupants or just the one. I assume that if you saw him through the window, he was on the ground floor and not the 1st floor which is rented under the name of Sirius.

chatham - As far as we know that address that you have posted has not yet been occupied by Sirius or anyone else. When SRSP took it over the first 6 months rent was covered by I believe BNP. IMO when it is finally occupied, I don't believe it will be Sirius. There is definitely something unclear happening here ! And several people have tried in vain to get any response from the website contact details.

That is a photo that was posted on Advfn BB earler as being a new picture. If so it looks like a lot of work being carried out. Hopefully coming to an end soon as it has also been rumoured that the rig is taking on supplies/provisions. Fingers crossed.

Was the 1 share trade to be believed. It may well have been. I wish we knew for sure !

Its the GPO Grace that has left Dubai. We don't know whether the rig is on it though.

Reading it, it does look like they have upped thier holding to 14%

A placing is not out of the question. The Bank Balance doesn't stand still while we wait for a Council decision. Work has still been going on and payments have to be made. I also hope I am wrong but trying to be realistic.
