100 million shares not 100 million pounds.

Think about what you said. If fab place 100 million. it is nearly the same as all the shares they have. You would be diluting long term investors to oblivion. no not good.

When it drops, I bet thay say that sold some and thay are happy to buy back cheap.

The problem is there are very few contracts that earn any money and very high costs to get them. monthly overheads must cost 80k to 100k and this makes the mini school 200k in the bank till 2027 a bit far fetched. Which is why they are likely to raise money , if a giant contract doesn’t arrive soon.

They said that the last 2 times, then raised. Why is this difference.

Staff are not paid in shares, but in hardcore cash, the mini.school amount of reserves will be used up. if they manage to win a contract then the money will be 6 months away. They will need help, income, why do you think the staff don’t want to be paid in shares at this exuberant valuation.

Agree with the Potential, that others highlight and Ramp incessantly. But they are over valued, the market cap does NOT mirror the cash. Major institutional investors are selling because they are over valued
