I was pondering whether the two substantial sells were in fact buys, as both were effected without dipping the Bid at all. We will never know of course, just need to see if a few more buys will continue the upwards trajectory ATB

So long as reasonable value is attached, I can see the attraction of a bid being made. Fastest route to a gain. However, that would perhaps mean being given shares in a bigger company where growth prospects are more limited. Tbh, either way I am more than happy with progress here, and I am very surprised that more PI's havent cottoned on to our little gem. ATB

With gearing now so low, it makes a lot of sense to begin to grow the business by acquisition in my view. There are clearly areas where an enlarged group can benefit new and existing clients by providing wider skill sets and geographical coverage. All a matter of balance between growing and maintaining sensible financials. In a more benign business climate, which we all hope for and expect in future years, growth becomes a priority. Thats why companies list on the market. I note that the buys are bang on the Ask, a very good sign IMHO ATB MrH, sometimes inflated egos must be popped :-)

Fully accept their position. Just venting mild frustration that we know what a great company they are, but that good news is rarely seen given any wider coverage in the media. Just us select few chewing the fat on here. Still, mustnt grumble, the prospects here are really great looking to the future. ATVB

Rising again today, the steady pattern of buys continues, just one sell at way over Bid, all good. Dawn Trader, I agree that B2B agreements often have to be confidential, but surely in this industry, were the reputation of success is all important, they should do everything in their power to promote their own brand whilst making profit from promoting others. Nothing to be gained from hiding your light under a bushel is there, if I may quote biblical wisdom :-) I wonder if David is studying a new word for his next statement? Dithyrambic and lollopalooza are pretty hard acts to follow.

Big confidence booster when staff join in, well done to the management for encouraging them to buy in. A double incentive to be productive, share price growth and future dividends gives them great rewards for their savings, better prospects than most other places. Would be good to see more buiness wins informed, by press release or on websites, or of course by RNS for the biggies. After all their key strength is in spreading the word. ATB

Yes indeed, moving up steadily through a generally poor time for the market. As we move to the busier times, and fuelled by more good news from the company, we should be looking at more impressive growth IMHO

Looks to me that they'll have to raise the Bid again soon. No, not at present, I screen watch at work, and we are busying up again lately so I dont have that much time to pay my full attention. My main regular income is from US property, good percentages to be had there at the moment, and strong capital growth over the coming years I think. ATB

Good to know you are making some profit, never a bad thing. Do you have a view where we might expect this one to be over the next year? I guess the full report in September will give more detail, but it looks to me that borrowings could be substatially wiped out, leaving a cash generating business model. An enviable position for any company in these tough times, all credit to the management. IMHO

Complicated as it is in four accounts. However, as boards have eyes ;-), I prefer not to state my holdings. the movement lately has been predictable I think, they have been though the hard part of building the company, the reward stage is all ahead IMHO Looking forwards here, next year should be excellent with the return of dividends. I guess my challenge will be to remain patient and not part with any of my substantial holding. The general economy points towards the start of recovery next year, and that is something that firms in this industry will benefit from big style. ATB

Theyre not alone then !! The BoD think this is grossly undervalued, so do you and I. Of course. Good steady trend now, hopeful for the near future. If that fund comes in to increase its stake there could be quicker upside IMHO

Two tick ups in one day is unusual here, good to see a path through the 30's developing. Just a few trades, more staff buying perhaps? Good to see all this, when results are published in September the confidence should receive another boost IMHO

The rise continues, so far off the radar it isnt true, which makes for stability I guess but still fails to reflect true value. The BoD have set themselves a target of a quid a share, and, with dividends set to start next year, that seems to me to be a realistic expectation. GLA

Liking the current uptrend. The last update told us that the results would be good, more than good really, so I just can not see any reason why this shouldnt continue its upwards trajectory. Director buys, staff buys, perhaps that fund continuing to gradually add to their holding? Steady as she goes, good times ahead IMHO

The recent director buys underpinned the last rise here. Unique in my experience to see the whole board buying en mass. You stated recently that there was encouragement for staff to take stakes too, and excellent way for a small company to reward staff by taking concerted action to give them capital growth and imminent dividends. Very encouraging indeed. All the indications are for continued momentum for the company, and for the sp. Do you have the impression that there is an ever so gradual accumulation going on here? The amounts marked as sells which are blatantly obvious buys, never too may at once so as not to spike it, I feel someone is playing a very canny game here and building slowly to get best value. Very much doubt anyone is selling, so the pressure will eventually count for something. ATB
