@Kev4 - another reason to sell would be to believe that there are people who are currently less impatient than oneself, but who may become impatient. In this context selling becomes a rational thing to do and thus it is not simply a matter of being patient or impatient - this is simply the inverse of the greater fool scenario that is usually employed to explain non-fundamental based buying of a rising share. The use of the generic term 'market' is a misnomer on AIM. Ultimately it comes down to making a measure of the specific types of investors in a particular share - are they all dreamers or institutional investors with 6-foot slide rules ? This would have been hard pre- the social media 'revolution' - but now that it is possible to view and digest the content of BBs like this it has become easier. This is why I dramatically reduced my shareholding in AMYT 3 months ago so that I could buy BMN. It is very instructive to compare the quality of analysis by the posters on the two boards.

I see that last week Miton have upped their stake in the company by another 2% - this brings them to more than 11%

coming in now. Although the drop may have been from just one or two individuals selling out due to the current market turmoil it looks like there is a larger number of other people who are prepared to buy in at these levels.

Ant86, thank you for your invitation to take this discussion off-board but this is not really a point for useful discussion amongst shareholders or board visitors so I will decline the invitation. To conclude now - we shall see what happens on monday, there are a total of 3 possibilities: 1) No RNS 2) RNS (we know of no reason ...) 3) RNS NOT(we know of no reason...) - i.e. a RNS to inform the market of material information If 3 then it is only reasonable to question how certain people were able to time their trades to the last 5 hours before the announcement. In fact it is not just reasonable, it is the rules (rule 11 to be precise).

There had better be a 'the company knows of no reason to justify the wild price swing on friday' RNS on monday as otherwise if there is any other material RNS then a clearer example of a leak and insider trading I have not seen before. Comparing the slow decline from the RTO and share consolidation point with the rapid exponential rise on friday between 12 noon and 2pm and claiming that they have equivalent explanations is definitely treading on one of your names, but the key thing is the timing of this in relation to company news. If the purchasers on friday bought just at the point 0.5 day before significant company news then they are either trading on inside information or are so clearly prescient that we should be putting their future-predicting talents to more general use. Whatever. We shall see on monday.

Maybe they will be able to explain how the share price rose 16%+ on no news. If there is a material RNS on monday then there has to be an AIM enquiry into the leak - or else we have those amongst us who are miraculously able to predeict the future. If they are quite so capable then we should definitely get those same people working on a cure for cancer, as that will be a better earner for all of us.

Revenue 3.3m, expenses at least 6.5m but with only 1.5m in cash in the bank how can they go for more than 6 months without needing to do a placing even if it does not cost them anything to rebrand. How can the BoD realistically claim that they will not need to raise any more money before breaking even ? As a result I have taken advantage of todays spike in value to get out with only a small loss. As ever DYOR.
