indeed a fair question. From BMN/BE's perspective I suspect that it would be better if RedT were 1) independent and 2) successful.
If BE can get a leased electrolyte model working with anyone then they should be just as able to supply redT at arms length. I am not sure that RedT has anything specific that BE would like and I cannot see how BE, based in SA could make RedT any more successful than it currently is or isn't.
RedT's problems may stem from a general expectation of holders of technology stocks that having a patent is the same as having a business. Maybe you can pull that game in the pharma sector, which is wealthy, but short of new ideas, but in very few others.
