They probably couldn't make much significant progress until the new head of EDM was appointed. Thats done now, hopefully he wants to make a big statement early on by announcing this project

Agree, holisticaly speaking a slight delay is nothing new for a project of this size and the drop on Friday was was overdone. I'll be the first to admit im jealous of those buying at these levels this late in the game.

You're correct, a long long term holder took 38% of the placing. Thats a damn good result. The warrants are at 6p and if exercised will generate £1.2m for NCCL. So for them to be worthwhile for any placee the SP needs to be >6p so 50% rise from here. Furthermore the company can force them after trading above a certain price and timeframe. So not exactly 'cheapo' warrants, they are worth good money to NCCL.

As stated by CEO on today's podcast - Ncondezi can expect $25m in historical backcosts....that's in addition to the developers premium! All in all we can expect in region of $50-75m returned to us at FC.

Badger you may have got the wrong end of the stick. The loan isn't predominantly African held. The loan is mostly held my (95%) AFC, management and the BOD. We don't know the exact breakdown between the different parties. Either way they are aligned

As per the aim rules if the company had had any indication there will be an impact on the project they would have had to have made an announcement immediately. Given that there hasn't been one then nothing changed.

I personally don't think the company need to make a statement at all, I think they should just crack on and focus on the project.

Investors don't need reassurance because most have sold out and the only remaining holders understand the bigger picture here.
