If the president and or one of his ministers are to open the plant at an official ceremony they are going to look pretty stupid in front of their country’s media if they didn’t issue all the paperwork in time.! It’s coming it’s a formality. Zimbabwe is open for business and a mine without all the sign off and Chinese investors screaming for spodumene isn’t a good look and never going to happen

Canmax aren’t going to terminate the agreement. They came in for the li and will wait for the li. If they want the offtake to be extended or increased they won’t be rocking the boat. As we know the relationship they have with prem is great and as billionaire chairman stated they want to invest more. It’s all good.

I wasn’t unhappy with todays RNS, other than it triggered some ****e being spouted here. We all knew we had missed self imposed deadline of mid feb, we know we must be close to needing funds. Great get funds if needed and let’s spin up the plant for 22 days. See how we go and stark can tweak it to maximise output.
