Southbank research email received a couple of days ago

Eqtec have adopted the next stage of their development.
They needed last year to create a little revenue to get some more market interest in their projects. This year with over 100+ pipeline enquiries (which they are going to lose if they have to do it themselves) they become a victim of their own success.
In order to work out how they go from managing 17 projects to having over 100 projects on the go the approach has to be different.
They need a pipeline of developers to take the projects on.
But in order to work out which pipeline prospects to bring on first they need to develop each of the existing 17 projects in a certain order..
As they are probably not inundated with loads of other billingham type projects. And based on their strong financial position they have afforded to take billingham off line and do some other tests, which will prove much more beneficial when looking at projects most likely in Asia. So not blocked.
A time and a place for everything and everything in its place and time...........

Looks like another back end loaded year. Nov and December were very busy 2021, will 2022 be the same.
Waiting on lots of outcomes. The next 6 months will be exciting, will it start in June or will it be later. I think every investor knows that things are due to be announced.
For me personally, I'm looking forward to France. Its on our doorstep, its plastic related, and Seps have already stated the results out of the Uni of Lorraine were exceptional.
It's only a matter of time...... But take a look at the world people, rising cost of living spiking inflation, rising interest, the threat of nuclear war, gas shortages..... People are dealing with lots of **** right now, this isn't an easy place to do business. But the world needs eqtecs solution (along with many others) there is enough business for everyone to co-exist. Rubbish isn't getting any less, waste doesn't go away on its own. The offtake is valuable, so who produces the best offtake from waste, who can tell you within5% what that will look like before you start, who is going to have 2 operational plants this year where you can see for yourself.
Finally share price has bombed. No doubts. I bought some at 2.75. I failed in that purchase.
I also bought some at 0.48 so that bits still OK.
But at £60m market cap with £50m assets and assets due to increase with 2 market development centres operational, as long as everything works, which it will because its been tested at Lorraine uni, I my mind, this doesn't get any better where ever you look.
The past is done. It can't be changed. But tell me about the future, tell me what you think will happen between now and Jan 2023.
I don't want to talk about last 18 months because I have seen my holding drop by about 60%.
Tell me about the next 6 months

2. Usa
3. France
4. Uk
5. Italy
6. Croatia

I expect to hear good news on all of the above within 6 months

Yes I get it, legitimate concern about the financing. They have openly suggested that the money is to fund ongoing daily activities
However we are not aware of their position. If we knew for sure we wouldn’t be typing, we’d be in or out, not batting concerns back and forth

C909 some good points, a bit negative but I get it. If like me you’ve lost money every right to be negative.
Eqtec is currently valued at more than it’s worth on paper. How do you value potential because it’s really not factored in. That’s because gasification is yet to be commercially proven.
What was exciting this year was the comment from seps director saying results from uni of Lorraine were very exciting and have convinced seps to commit to working.
I believe eqtec have the foundations in place , they can take as long as they need, because their game plan is to prove it works.
They are confident it works so are building infrastructure, at the same time developing the foundations at a steady pace. You recall they have almost taken billingham off the table.
The development is in partnerships like wood group etc
It’s coming together, yes it takes money but I believe stages of how it comes together will hopefully provide the funds they need

I asked some genuine questions you've not answered.
If charting works and you are good at it, why charge to teach others. Why not share you skills and make some peoe some money.
Share your portfolio, highlight your gains, your route to market is proving your skills

Given the share price today, it is incredibly unlikely that the lender would look to forward sell on any future drawdown. I'm not overly familiar with this practise, but they'd have got or will get up to 500m shares which is circa 6%, so 250m shares wouldn't cause an rns.
How do you drive it down from 0.8p and really benefit more than 12.5% by getting the share price up.
Also future selling is scorned upon.
I think the glass is half full........ The position of eqtec is potentially phonominal......

I think the lender wants the bonus not to drive price down

That said I acknowledge the concern and agree it will go north or south as middle ground does not appear to be an option

If the share hits 3p the lender gets £1.25m

Some serious questions if I may
Charting is the skill of finding patterns in stock movements. I'm sure, the bigger the firm, the higher the value, charting offers some real insight to how the share moves. What really puzzles me and one of the reasons you appear to have zero credibility on here is the fact that this and any other small company has huge volatility. This share could double in price tomorrow and no chart on earth is going to show you that.
Or does it?
Similarly this share could half tomorrow and your charts won't show that either.
Or does it?
Your charts may and I reiterate may give a market consensus of appetite for the share on a particular run of form. So for example the last month or so has been up and down say 30%, so did you chart this before it happened?
But the reality is eqtec is a company with a proven technology that the world is in the early stages of adopting, so in other words to get the best returns anyone who is interested needs to buy the share and hold on to it. Because one day the news will land and the profits will be banked before you can click your mouse.
In my opinion charting has its place, but not with small highly volatile, low value companies with billions of shares in circulation. You will never call the date this share takes off or plummets and anything else is just noise

So many comments on here recently regarding the impending failure of eqtec.
The Company has gone from 5/6 projects to over 20. They boast a pipeline they can't keep up with.
But clearly they don't have enough money to do what they need.
This isn't to say they are looking down the barrel of a gun. In fact we don't know what it means.
We know staff have grown substantially, we know projects have grown substantially, we are expecting news to show revenue grew substantially last year, either be invested or don't be invested but stop ramping and deramping. Talk about what's known and don't listen to anyone telling you what they think, act on what you think.
Many a good firm took a long while before making a profit.... Eqtec provides lots of solutions to world problems...... Success or failure won't be a result of what you or I read on here

So much good news, and yet the price sticks... For now. I get the feeling there are so many conversations taking place that BOD can hardly say anything other than, this is the structure we are working to, without giving something away, and as DP said once the penny drops, the value of eqtec will surge. They talk about a time with 1000's of plants and exponential growth.
Incineration around the world being realised for what it is and gasification now being recognised as no 1 solution...... Watch this space.
I expect some write ups over the weekend based on what we saw this week. Very positive on the long term of this share, when that share price will start to move is anyone's guess.... But I for one believe we will see a remarkable return over the next 2 years here.

I suppose there is something in patterns I used to love spirograph as a kid, they should bring that back, it might improve these sketches you keep putting up
