Interesting link on Japans troubles with power supplies Aandi
The following taken from last update
The Company expects to co-invest with partners in a number of significant R&D projects in 2021.
MNRG could be bringing links to firms like VLS for joint ventures..............I suppose I'm not sure what MNRG brings to the table that EQT didn't already have !!!!
But I'm sure there will be something. Private equity funding for Greece & Croatia (Italy & Spain) shovel ready projects
Hi Road Runnr
I used to live in lincolnshire and VLS are in immingham near the east coast. Its old bomber command country with lots and lots of RAF bases around. Including RAF headquarters Cranwell. VLS developing hydrogen jet fuel i believe, wouldn't be surprised to see VLS & RAF doing trials at some point .......VLS & Eqtec & MNRG (eco) perhaps !!!!!!!!!!!
Just having a browse around trying to see if any 3rd parties happen to give any indication of activity and decided to look into Metal NRG. Now i will be the first to say i'm not sure if this is something or nothing so opening up to the wiser more informed posters
But MNRG is set up as follows at companies house
METALNRG PLC
Company number 05714562
Nature of business (SIC)
• 70100 - Activities of head offices
So its the SIC code for me 70100 - Activities of head offices, this seems fine and nothing unexpected. But even though they have set up a new firm called METALNRG ECO LTD would they not have the same SIC codes 70100 - Activities of head offices
when in fact they are set up as follows
METALNRG ECO LTD (13184812)
Nature of business (SIC)
• 35110 - Production of electricity
• 35210 - Manufacture of gas
Incorporation
Statement of capital on 2021-02-08
• GBP 1
I'd have thought the prior SIC code would have been OK for setting up SPV/SPAC for potential partnerships and fund raising purposes................. maybe I can't see the wood for the trees or just wishing to find something, but i didn't think that MNRG would be involved in either the production or the manufacturing.....................Again over to you better informed people!
The link below shows them doing a fund raising for a gold project under MNRG (head offices) so the eqtec deal is different

Big fan of eqtec. I enjoy reading this board some fantastic posters on here. Lots of shared knowledge in share trading and in research of eqtec and green energy.
Green Energy is really still in its infancy. Between now and 2050 the world will change.
Obviously we won’t have to wait that long to see a return on EQT
I’m buying every chance I get. I feel if I make on one deal I can buy more “free” EQT
£1b market cap & 7million shares should = £1m
Those are my aims !!! GLA
Yep Dar
a simple google search would lead to the MF assessment. There's no real depth to it as you say. They have done this before with Eqtec, which leads me to think that MF will be all over it when it does start with financial closure of Billingham.
They use Eqtec as an orderve, not quite the main event but the taster to the money shot........Things will change!
It’s easy to see success.
Yes there could be some “delay” before take off or fall back on “no news”
So they say it on their horizon and then plump for something ready to move immediately and then bounce back onto eqtec once it’s moving
It’s their business plan

Our production processes obviously create some surplus and waste materials, so it is important we keep these to a minimum and recover as much as possible for recycling or reuse.
When we make parts or vehicles, there is often surplus or waste material left over, whether it be metals, plastics, paints or water. We need to be sure we recover everything we can, so that it can be reused, recycled or disposed of responsibly, without risking any harm to the environment.
We take all due care to offset waste and to reuse and recycle material wherever possible, at every stage in our production processes. We make sure that ultimately any waste or surplus material is used for energy recovery as a last resort.
Haydale Graphene Developer (hardest substance known to man) working on developing Hydogen tanks ...... not really eqtec but technology changing the green future.

All valid points. I suppose the only real way to complete the review is hands on. Unlikely to be zoom friendly.
It does feel like we are bottlenecking.
Lots and lots of great news and led to believe this is growing on a weekly basis. From what I can make out reading about Billingham everything needed to be agreed or waived on the LPA. I can’t imagine funding was waived......
I don’t imagine any thing is not already in place and WOOD surely would want to be part of this !!!
The RNS detailing this came out in October and was expected at end of Q4
5 October 2020
EQTEC PLC
AWARD TO WOOD FOR AN INDEPENDENT TECHNOLOGY AND MARKET REVIEW
HEADS OF TERMS FOR A POTENTIAL STRATEGIC COLLABORATION
EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a world leading gasification technology solutions company for waste-to-energy projects, is pleased to announce that, following a comprehensive tendering process, it has awarded an independent technology and market review to Wood Group UK Limited ("Wood"). The Company has also signed non-binding heads of terms with Wood and Deltasource (Middle East Branch) ("DS MENA") (the "Heads of Terms"), with the intent of entering into a non-exclusive strategic collaboration to help ensure the effective deployment of EQTEC technology into the global energy-to-waste sector.
So does anyone know WHY we are so delayed expected after 3 months, now entering month 7. If this had come to nothing would they have announced it????
There was great anticipation around this and i can only assume we are still expecting some news. It does state "following a comprehensive tendering process," so where are with this please???
Financial closure on projects could well be held back whilst this collaboration is sorted out. That is if Wood want to collaborate at all????
But if they do we could see a succession of financial closures including Billingham
