General consensus it will (should) be dismissed.
If it is its most likely before 29th

Just wanted to check because i know we all had this conversation 2 months ago but we are now 2 weeks away GLA

i think that's the general consensus and its been my opinion for a few months now, i'm just wondering now they realise there is no out of court settlement, if they think they could win. I'm assuming that all along the whole purpose was for an out of court settlement, so if it doesn't get dismissed, what happens then, do you think they will suddenly develop big balls (David & Goliath attitude) and go for it ,or are we fairly certain it will be dismissed. What is everyone thinking?
1. it gets dismissed before 29th
2. it does not get dismissed and Aries withdraw before court date
3. we go to court and win suing for costs
4. we go to court and lose

The moor I think about this the more likely I think it will go the course. Aries have deliberately maintained a vagueness as much as I can see. I think this can only be to get it into court or get an out of court settlement.
If it isn’t dismissed and they run the risk o picking up all the fees I wonder if they think they can win it?

The cynic in me would say that lawyers don’t earn any money when cases are dismissed

I imagine the conference call will go ahead to set up a timeline of events and the dismissal hearing could still be after the 29 then.
So no real understanding at this stage of when we might hear anything conclusive.

Is the court hearing on 29 March only likely to go ahead if motion to dismiss is not successful ????

If I recall the hearing was originally end of feb but general consensus was it might hopefully get kicked out thus avoiding said hearing!!!

Excellent post. Mirrors my feelings from around 1.9 didn’t think the opportunity was there to sell and buy in cheaper.
I’m holding onto these until it gets where it’s going... however long it takes.
Once these initial projects are operating who knows how big it can get.
New company formation for every project also provides security for eqtec.

So when billingham gets going Eqtec expect an order of around £40-45m plus ongoing revenue in excess of £1m a year FOR EQTEC
Deeside £10m purchase and with planning permission £22m revenue for the SPV ( not sure worth to eqtec but previously said 25%
Southport worth £1m + share of est £85m over 20 years
I’ve seen 18 Balkan projects mentioned , Spain, USA
And a pipeline that is expanding exponentially

All bits picked up from various reports. 1.3p and £125m mc is very cheap IMO

I believe we are due back in court on 29/03 and this was pushed forward from end of feb due to covid.
In between all this we await to hear if the case is dismissed and court hearing unnecessary.
Assuming the court case is not dismissed, and the hearing at the end of March goes ahead this then pushes the Patent argument into the long grass for now and could slow growth until settled
This won't affect the projects in the Balkans or the UK projects.
How low can this share fall without further news on these
What impact would a lower share price have on Eqtec as a company
Are we at a discount now for patents, projects that are on going, projects in pipeline.
I think the next bit of good news will be when Financial completion of Billingham takes place and a new partnership announced at the same time..........unfortunately this could be at any time in the next 11.5 months
What I can't understand is that people are selling. Even if you are a long term holder and in multiples of profit (why take now) or if you have continually bought and now sit in a loss (why sell now).................I'm confused
Is there a general feeling that Billingham may take a while and if CC goes on longer this will slip back to 0.5p
