He would be using 100 to 1 as the max if the stock only went to .05 CAD = 2.9p so in Canada the price would hit the 5.00 CAD to enter the TSX as I mentioned below. This would enhance our long term goals to be a mid tier producer.
The consolidation 100 to 1 is so COPL can list on the TSX and bring the bigger players in (banks and pension funds). The big boys will not look at little penny stocks on the CSE as we are considered too risky.
This is my take on it from a Canadian perspective. This will add volume in Canada for sure and I am guessing it can't hurt London as it it a MUCH larger market.

Sit back, relax and grab a drink because in the next 2 months we will all be rewarded with our new retirement fund.

On Mar 31st I posted:
I have been told that the TSX likes a company to be $5.00 CAD or more otherwise you should be on the Venture. Once again this is not 100% guarantied info, just something someone told me.

Canadian price at .01 CAD = .58p

I'm sure Art will eventually move to the TSX once the stock moves up in value and reverse split so the price will be higher. Once you are on the TSX you are considered playing in the big kids sandbox and larger institutions and pension plans will want to invest as the company will be less of a risk. We will get there but not for a year at least unless Nigeria becomes massive this year. Just my thoughts.
Looks like another sleepy day as not much to report over here.

Part of Canada's problem is it only trades by 0.005 CAD per increment, so a move from 0.015 to 0.02 is over a 30% increase in price. Some investors have a hard time with this when the share price is so low. If the market was more like LSE with smaller increases we would be much more active.
On the RBC investing site it says this stock is valued at 137.2m with a fair pricing evaluation of 0.02 CAD = 1.15p, (their words not mine)!. In Canada almost all trading today and most of yesterday has been at 0.015 CAD. Todays volume = 7m in the Canadian market with 4m on the CSE. Can hardly wait till you guys can fully participate so this can really start moving.
There is no way we are going to get a dividend while we have billions of shares and at low pennies as there would be no money for future growth.
