Flybe may be one of the region's biggest players but it is small compared to the likes of its competitors Easyjet, Ryanair and BA. It means that the back room costs take up a higher proportion of its outlay. It costs about the same to pay for things like maintenance, HR and online bookings for 200 planes as it would for 80, for example. 10/12p tomorrow until clarity on strategy is announced i.e strategic review/sale/takeover.

Requires a change in direction otherwise there will be no Flybe in a year or 2...

SBB1, Dreyfuss still have 2/3m to sell....same action as Friday probs so 10 to 12p downside...then maybe a rise. However whats required is a change for Flybe.

Oil, i see the sp dropping further until action of some sort...very vulnerable now as the BOD are overpaid and on a gravy train here... They are on borrowed time!

SKY, if aircraft have been full, apart from a few unavoidable tech problems then there's a real issue with the business model... as how can you continue those losses!. They are over sized for me.. and require strong management to sort and reduce staff no's.

Oil, T, whats are your views on a rights issue, would they get away with it as such low levels...for me its a no as more wasted time and money especially where the II's are concerned. IMO 35p offer from whoever.

Oil, depends if anyone does show interest...if they do i think the major holders here will now listen and act because the BOD/COW are not performing. They have been unlucky with regards to currency etc granted however they cannot just sit on that. Priced at the moment to fail in their business plan.

T, as far as COW being popular... no point being popular and then running a business into crisis!...change is needed or a takeover otherwise there will be no business to run!. If the BOD cannot see this then more fools them. You say the t&c’s for q400 drivers really have improved (best paid turbo prop pilots in Europe) however they wont have roles if things persist... SP at 14p tells you the story.

T, unfortunately i cannot see an offer in excess of 35p/40p. Unless there's others who are looking at flybe... In the last accounts they mentioned that they received a number of approaches ?... do you now from who.

I see an approach for around 35/40p ps, which if offered would be accepted IMO.

NAV is correct at £93m.. thats 42p ps. This is assets, cash minus debt, minus other fixed costs such as aircraft maint' etc. Even adjusting for a poor year 2018/19 by say £13m that leaves an £80m mc, 35p ps. Brokers latest targets at 32/33p are spot on.
