Appreciated Docwaz, there is potential here without a doubt, and possibly a recovery share in time, however it seems the BOD/Drayson have not been very clever with what's been published in the last few months. The SP tells all!. A takeover is probably the best option now,, if theres a buyer that is.

.... Following those published Rns statements the coy then said that it was about to run out of money and needed an urgent cash injection. Following the funding there's been no further mention of an MBO strangely?.

I would not be surprised if the FSA also look into all of this!. Any bid will be 25p tops!.

I see there were no reasoned explanations given then. Drayson has not only had the coy recently fined by the FSA but also lost a previous employment tribunal case costing sens £2m. He took an £850K bonus undeclared for goodness sake!.
Then on 2.11.21 he & the BOD stated the para's below when the SP was at £1.00 -

The Company's Chief Executive Officer and its largest shareholder, Lord Paul Drayson, has approached the Sensyne Board requesting approval to speak to potential third party investors in order to pursue a potential management buyout of the Company. In order to maximise value for all of the Company's shareholders, the Board has appointed J.P. Morgan Cazenove and Peel Hunt to consider a management buyout proposal ("MBO") (should one be forthcoming) and explore other buyer interest alongside considering other strategic options that would allow Sensyne to scale more rapidly, with these including strategic investment or the continued pursuit of a secondary US listing. The Board believes that the current market value of the Company does not reflect the fair value of the electronic patient record ("EPR") health data to which the Company has access through its strategic partnership agreements with UK NHS Trusts and US health systems. Being undervalued means that Sensyne cannot execute on opportunities that may create novel treatments for patients

... infact, blowing £90m in 2/3 years without creating covering revenue and saying you have going concern issues 1 month after saying at £1 per share your company was way undervalued is even more evidence of incompetency!.. Is it not?.

Now if someone can provide a reasoned explanation for this then by all means do so.

All I am saying is that if Sens was a bargain and had great potential then at 19p there would have been multiple offers by now!. The BOD statement (when at £1) to say that Sens was undervalued then is/was rather amateurish do you all not think!.

Good luck to you alwayswinning, however I have never seen a bidder pay over 120% or so over an existing SP. Hence why any offer (that's even if one arrives) around the 40p mark would be refused. Imo this will retreat to 10p on end of FSP news.

Drayson & BOD said this was undervalued last November at £1, Drayson has since said he would approve an offer if it gave shareholders valve, I cannot see anyone offering £1 or more from here tbh. This FSP may be a total waste of time as the longer it goes on the longer Sens will find it difficult to do deals. Surely if there was an interested bidder they would know by now.

All they need is a good few agreements/commercial deals and this would send SENS flying...back to 75p for starters. This could be a recovery play here.

White Wolf, the potential is there, just need the revenue confirmed. If the expected £26m in revenue arrives or more then Sens is way way undervalued. Someone may bid sooner than we think here.

IMO, the drop from £1.00 to now was down to going concern worries and a possible MBO which in effect is a delist. This meant a number of II's had to off load causing even more downside to current levels. Now the finance has been sorted and Drayson has conceded to vote for a takeover if a decent bid is offered it's game on. If Sens can pull off some of those contracts then it's a different story here as it is without a bid! and I could see a return to 60/75p fast if some decent contracts are signed. The coy is full on working away in very interesting space with the big pharma looking in too. As it stands now, and with all the potential and couple in possible bid attention, then I think we should be at 40/50p and that's before a bid. Just my view.

Was over done in the first place, the MBO proposals probs caused it. Can see a big player take over here as the set up is world class.

Hope the stay on Aim with a strategic partner and list on the Nasdaq. Will 10 bag if so.

Any decent volume will see a big mark up.

Is the only way for sens. The market has wrote this off.

Correct me if wrong - If the finance package is placed it leaves Drayson without control..the existing holders who have the 12% warrants will probs have in excess of Drayson's 24% holding (combined that is). Either way huge losses from £1.50/£90p.

Can't see it any more than,,,terrible press and no support offered by the BOD.
