Hello Paul, Well if you look at the current SP I believe it kind of says something !. Just being real/factual as if this was such a bargain I can assure you they'd be more than 1 or 2 buys in a day/week,, infact it's all sells lately.

Pie in the sky, they will also want a minimum of 40% interest in the whole thing !

A consortium is proposing to provide $1.7b to fund/build this . That means the money they hand over will actually go straight back to them I.e they will get paid for all the works & equipment (probably making profit on that as normal) and also once into production receive interest as a royalty payment to pay off the principal.

No Jazzza,, I'm a realist.. I suggest you look at the current SP and start being real to. If this was currently worth what Align say then why is the SP at 1p and not 3p or 5p.... Deluded folk on here!.

People expecting this will fly however even if a deal is done it would take years to build, along with dilution. Can see a retrace to 0.75p here.

99icecream, think about it , who's going to just hand over £1.5b for nothing?..no equity!... Hence 1.2 SP. There's some value but not what Align say.

Like I say though, I.e Will there be a serious legally binding financing deal signed first and foremost. At present a lot of AIM coys are driven down helped by insiders and mm's, then only to be rescued by major holders or delisted at the expense of PI's with a huge discount. Happening a lot lately.

Either way, very undervalued at 1.3p (assuming a financing deal is completed that is). Very possible 10 bagger from here in a few years or less though! especially if the price holds up.

It's all on a serious financial package being agreed too.

Multinational mining giant Glencore has pled guilty to paying USD 28 million in bribes to access oil in five African countries.
Mining corporation Glencore was yesterday (21 June) convicted of bribing officials in Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and South Sudan, after pleading guilty at Southwark Crown Court in London.
The Anglo-Swiss company admitted that its employees and agents paid bribes worth USD 28 million, with the company’s authorisation, to gain access to oil. I has received seven convictions, five for bribery and two for failure to prevent bribery, under the Bribery Act.

Glencore will be sentenced on 2 and 3 November. The company had previously indicated its intention to plead guilty in May, at which time it also revealed settlements worth USD 1.187 billion with the US Department of Justice and Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and USD 40 million with the Brazilian Federal Prosecutor’s office.

Beardozer, don't get me wrong here, if they were to be a development involving big players then it's a 15/20 bag !. £100m MC easy. It 'may' happen , but it may not. In the mean time will probs hit 1.5p or lower reflecting it currently 'will not'.

The full risk is nearly priced in.
