Nearly 3 months gone since announcing this and still no start. Prior to this in late 2020 they even said a P3 trial was actually starting in H1 2021 !!.

There will be no P3 trial as it would of started by now.

PI's should/will soon be, calling for a detailed investigation into IMM and all the recent RNS's/interviews to establish if any wrong doings have taken place . Need to ensure proper conduct IMO.

As noted previously, this is a gravy train for the BOD, listen to previous interviews, and all the promises. It’s all BS and should be investigated.

Once the cash has been spent on wages then its into administration. There is no trial happening because look at the facts and don't be hoodwinked.

The facts are all in the RNS's and Interviews which promise after promise ... good news since 2019 however it has never happened. Why cant PI's see it !!.

Think people are at last realising that its all a BS story here! be warned.

How these people get away with doing so little for so much. Gravy train is the term. I doubt very much any trial will even start let alone be funded.

Cauldstream, fair point however that was 2 years ago!. I don't see anything on the Avion site either?. In the tatest interview the CEO says in the original P3 trial the drug worked?, Well if so how come they are where they are now!. 7p SP , Lanstead selling out and not even started a 2ND P3 as promised start of year?. Seems very odd to say the least, especially when the CEO says the drug worked last trial when fact is it was not approved by the FDA.

Can anyone provide evidence that an / or any type of formal agreement / s, have actually been signed with Avion please. Can anyone provide evidence that Avion even mention IMM and the so called trials on their website ?. Nothing listed anywhere! which is rather fishy I'd say.

I have never known an agreement such as 'spending $25m ' on a trial not to be formally documented. (Strange)

Dee, can you explain the very high value you recently put on BCN. Seems a little ambitious.
Maybe once into production then £1.50 plus can be justified however that's still some time away. IMO this takeover is still a 50/50 , not a guarantee at all.

halfbutt, yes, it does seem bad news coming for me. Total lack of clarity speaks volumes along with the SP. Probs their P3 partners bailing out otherwise news by now.

All the other promises also lack clarity and any substance which is probs why the major II has sold out. Cash burn on lots of high wages will end this .

Dead duck imo, i bet the phase 111 trials won't even happen. Been over 2 yrs since first announced!. People need to wake up & smell the coffee, nothing that was promised in interviews or announcement's has ever materialised. The latest in Feb this year included!

P3 trial must be a NO goer I bet , absolutely no news or updates since 2019 says it all here. Cash must be spent now also so administration looms if so.

You do realise no firm 'legal' offer has been made !. Until then (big if) your actions are totally pointless.

Very true BorderBob. Until a firm offer is made who is to say one will happen. LTH will be left shell shocked if no offer.

LTH are assuming there will be a firm offer made !! I hope not as this would then tank to 35/40p. Then time to top up. A lot of the 5% protest holders would panic sell.

No guarantee of a firm offer at all.
