Can anybody give a reasonable explanation as to why the board would accept an offer that is 24p less than the last published net value of the shares

Cannot buy or sell these shares with Hargreaves Landsdown this morning !!!

Over 500.000 shares bought and less than 20.000 sold today and the price goes down 3% !!!

What is the correct number of shares in issue ? I believe it is more than the 190 million shown

My two sales this morning...both were 3000 shares are shown as buys !!

It may be a good time to buy but I wouldn't be too sure. I owned Gordon Dadds shares when they were involved in the Ince buyout/takeover......yet again the small shareholder were not offered shares and lost out to the institutions...…..I am afraid I do not trust the Directors...especially when there was a 15% drop in the share price the day before the announcement!!

If the best deal they can get to borrow £2m is a 50% discount on the share price then they are either in big trouble or just plain incompetent.I'm out !!!!!!

In the last two trading days 8 million shares have been sold and the price has not moved......remarkable.I wonder who has sold them?
