You should be rewarded for doing well. So far, he has done nothing but reduce the SP. He should get no Bonus as he will being rewarded for failure. Reward yourself by all means when doing well but not until then. We have been treated like mugs for far too long. It is about time he done something to reward us LTH, after all, if it wasn't for us, he wouldn't be taking vast sums of money to put in his pocket for not producing the goods. Not so far anyway
