How do you get to be a premium member?

Az is as bad as Lenigas. Promises the world but delivers nothing yet very happy to keep taking a big wage at the expense of your average person trying to earn an extra few quid. The man is a parasite.

I do hope it turns around though to hopefully get some money back but it needs a new head that has morals. Hard to come by in this game.
