The wastage is phenomenal. If councils are run better you wouldn't get that. Budgets ( all excess ) are spent at the end of every year to try and make sure they have to operate off less. I could also mention the wastage in the NHS. It is extraordinary what goes on yet they all claim to be underfunded. No they are not, they just need the right management in place to manage them properly

Unlike you trybuy I am positive about this company so would not say 99.9% that they won't meet that date, I would say it is 50 - 50 to meet that date.

I am not to worried if they do or don't. As far as I am concerned the potential is enormous and these things take time. I am in it early and very pleased to be so.
