Hard to work out what's happening with GATC as the spread is about 10p. Maybe buyers and sellers are not coming close to agreeing on the right price?

Let's hope so, but yesterday I was surprised that the 6p high during the early morning was strongly sold down to 4.87p at the close. Hardly bullish for me but the EPA approval is what it is and fundamentally provides a step change in the company's situation. #hold

Their CEO's statement yesterday was very optimistic and confident. Is he overegging it or can it be translated into financial and share price performance? Today's rise shows the market approves, but it has to break 14p and then 17p before it goes stellar. GLA.

Weak RNS but the market certainly likes it. Enough for a gap up and a 25% rise. Is it a buy though and is it enough to demonstrate the tide is turning?

It's always hard to work about if the downtrend has changed, but the recent news from Japan was proof positive. If more follows then the share price will go north.

Good RNS which shows the company is likely to have better prospects in the US sanitisation market. The share price also formed a triple bottom since August last year, and today's price easily broke that resistance. A breakout on substantive news is bullish and the shares are now in play.

LRD made progress today, set against the tech sell off in the USA which has also affected Europe.

NIBT has been ranging since June 2014, and today, 3 years later, it has broken out from the 60p resistance, which was tested 4 times during that period. So a very bullish day today and prospects for more gains are high. I never usually put "Strong Buy, but in this case it's a classic move upwards. GLA

It took only 2 tests of 163p for it to break upwards. That's bullish, and we should expect more. 232p is a realistic interim target, or 195p.

Could be stop hunting, as the price immediately went back upto the 79p level.

Good results today, but the breakout needs to go above 49p for it to be "valid".

There's lots of upside in this as payments are growing, and the company is signing new deals. In my opinion, it can eventually make its way back to the high of 290p in March 2013. GLA.

Your theory is fine, but can only be proven if you know more facts. That's why I trade using technical patterns. It may be mumbo jumbo to some but it helps me understand the price action on any market without having to research the fundamentals on businesses I don't fully understand. Good Luck. I also find discussing markets with traders like you very useful, as it puts a different point of view into the mix. Maybe you should try it too rather than dismiss it?

KMK hit a recent high of 34p and has sold off since March. Support was 26p and now it should move higher. Even on today's move, it still hasn't broken it's pattern just yet, although the next few days will determine what happens. Alternatively it will range in the absence of any clear market direction.

Positive RNS for a company that is growing and signing new business. Next stop is 193p as its recovery from the 2013 to 2016 downturn is well and truly over. GLA.
