So Instem is back to 149p after hitting 187p. A stark pullback giving away all of it's gains after the results and contract win. Mr Market moves in mysterious ways.

I agree. It was bearish from June last year, threatened to recover but is now into a new downward leg.

It's possible it could go to 59 now, and original breakout was 48. Depends on main market performance in next few weeks. Wait and see.

Second point: I'm a "chartist", and for me it's just a guide to help me trade. Sometimes it's right and sometimes wrong. In CNA's case the patterns have been very clear and signified "Sell" in Nov 2014 when it fell below 304, retested and then resumed its downward move to 263p. GLA whichever way you trade, as that what makes the market.

It could be heading for 60p. Reasons: Stochastic on the weekly is trending down and has further to go. Daily price is below its 21, 50 and 200 moving averages However, there is strong resistance at 60, which could arrest the decline. Wait and see.

Borgy74 Not an ascending triangle as I can't see converging higher highs and higher lows forming even on the daily chart. If you look at the weekly chart it's a rough flag with the pole created on 20/11 last year. As it's in a downtrend the implication remains bearish. This week the price is down to 134 which provides some evidence, although it needs to break below that to resume the next leg of the downtrend. For me, CNA is far from making a reversal and there's no price action that tells me differently.
