One area totally overlooked by most is that it matters not whether you are a serious investor in for the longer term, or a day trader greedy for a quick buck , the company gains absolutely nothing in monetary terms from your investment. Zilch, Nada.
The company only benefits from physical capital raised including warrants, despised by so many, when exercised. Later, one hopes, from profits. Is this not precisely where the good professor, Capai and R42 fit in with the concept of advising, investing in and helping to grow small innovative units? I doubt many of you have done other than traded your shares through the LSE.
Very recently two small but emerging UK companies Stampfree and Oxford Drug, both backed by the Prof and R42, raised money via EIS schemes, both were well oversubscribed. Proof that things are happening in the background. Maybe as they grow, YOU will be able to invest just as you are doing with Capai.
I don’t know how many on this page have run a business, but things do not miraculously happen overnight and to waste time publishing updates when there is nothing tangible to report is pointless.Similarly to assume nothing is happening in the absense of an RNS is ridiculous. Company officers and there advisers are the experts. Just let them get on with it.
