As San says the option to buy 80% of the Gib exchange will underpin a share price multiples of where we sit a present.
People spreading FUD will worry about placements however dilution for the growth of the worlds FIRST regulated fiat crypto exchange will reap huge rewards for investors of VLRM.
The simple fact is many people dont understand the scale at which VLRM will grow as a global player. ...whilst those of us that do will be all the wealthier for it.

Regarding valuation it's nearly impossible to say with VLRM. In 12 months this could be anything between £1 and £20
A fully regulated bridge between the cryptoverse and traditional securities will be worth A LOT if money.
Fun little comparison...if VLRM achieve 1/10th of Coinbases MCap then it would be £60 a share.
Essentially it's very hard to value as we dont know enough of the details yet.
What I recommend any investor here does is research Patrick L Young. Read his books, listen to his podcasts, check out his connections in the exchange world.
The man knows everything there is to know about building exchanges. Just having Patrick onboard is worth £10 a share imo.

Dont use 212 but heard your complaint from many people about many different shares. I'd suggest getting a proper broker. You'll pay £5-10 a go but at least you'll get real time quotes and faster order filling

Haha, that's ridiculous Newboy. Makes me laugh when banks and institutions try to warn us PIs saying BTC is too volatile when in reality they are all clamouring to get involved. Heard Barclays wont let people invest in Mode/Arb into their ISAs.
The traditional banking system is creaking and playing catch up with the new challenger banks/tech firms who are much more nimble.

JR has publicly stated that they have spent next to nothing so far on PR. Mode should have plenty of cash left from the IPO for a good marketing campaign when the time is right.
As others have suggested even of there was a raise Mode would be in the £s not pence by then.

I dont think personally you can correlate our user base too closely to the SP. Tech companies like this can develop huge MCaps based on potential alone.
MODE I think is being very clever in first developing the full range of app functions (BTC jar, payments system, commercial partners, discounts, fast payments, open banking etc)
Once all this is working slickly through the 'superapp' then I reckon you will see Mode spend big on advertising. By then if all goes well this company will be worth a billion + imo.
I know I'm being optimistic but the potential is clearly there.

Things to forward to with Mode in 2021;

- launch of the payments system (pay with QR codes via app)
- First tranche of commercial partners (due soon)
- Addition of Ether to the app
- Achieving >500k users
