Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Think you can’t discount the EA being extended if it does looks like they believe AA are going to offer a decent deal and no need to speak to others.
Have they restarted exploration yet ? That is really key to extracting more value here.
Was hoping we may hear of an offer this month, but just looks unrealistic with exploration still happening and the latest Casa news.
Just need them to do their thing, Rothschild are brought in to help construct some sort of a deal. We have to be patient now.
I’m hoping it will get wrapped up by July but possibly could see a further push out and I would accept that if it means we get more copper proved and show these guys it’s the real deal otherwise plenty of others to sell to.
We recently bought some more assets, so assume it could get split out and AA take it to production after exploring a bit more.
Contingencies could be added , but AA have a lot of cash how much they can pump in would be a drop in the ocean. If we have multiple tier 1 and I know we have to prove it the 2 licences sold less than £300m is cheap in the context of things
Hi, just wanted clarification as I was doing the maths and don’t get to the number quoted.
Kdnc shipped 45,000 tonnes at $167, I make that as $7.5m T/O how do they get to $10m profit for that load?
Have I misread that?
Hi APR , agreed. But I think the resurgence in copper prices has been the main factor here. Also this huge infrastructure spend and shift to zero carbon has really helped the entire industry here. AA add demerging there coal business and so they will need to find growth elsewhere.
ARCM should do well as we have potentially a lot of copper just need to drill as much of it possible and get as much value.
I have not read into too much about the new acquisition that is a plus that we could do well with. CASA is a side show tbh I rather we keep it, if that means we are not spread to thin and can get Zambia over the line.
If we need more drilling to firm up then why are we wasting our time with AA now , last year they conducted due diligence then a 6 month window of exclusivity.
We shouldn’t have signed an exclusivity and open up to all to come in. I really feel now a desk may not happen but that is a positive as I really think this could be a monster company. I rather we give a small piece of the pie and accelerate value here . Giving AA a 10 to 30% stake to fast track makes sense of the license . We can concentrate on firming up recent acquisition and looking around for others.
Copper is in demand and will be held by the big guys who are looking to buy up mines and resources.
As long as demand destruction doesn’t happen the cycle has started.
These guys really need to speed up unlocking value here. Glad they bought another speculative buy. Disappointing it is April and no news on CASA unless this is due to discussions in the background. Company PR recently has been poor
I was reasonably ok with the Placing as largely this was to acquire another asset and the price i am hoping would be really good if they are confident of turning this around. What I am not pleased about was the timing and zero silence since then after days of tweets built on a investor call weeks ago. Also there has been no word on Casa where we have not received payment.
I like that the stake in Zamsort looks like it will be increased and will do us well.
We just need to hear from AA and i dont want to wait longer than the end of this month, we need to know their position and we should be speaking to others at the same time, we have given them a real opp they need to be serious.
Does anyone know when the further drilling commences no mention of it apart from it will happen from April
Arb has certainly made some big gains for most people over the 2 month period from Dec.
For most coming in late and i have traded in and out, it is dissapointing the share price has been under performing the last month as Bitcoin breached $60k.
Waiting game, but there are other plays out there that are better opps than this at the moment, frustrating to hold not realising a cost as this should be over £3. GLA
