On another topic, and I apologise if this is a really stupid question, QED have been jumping through all sorts of hoops for years trying to achieve a LONO on the warsilla engines for the marine trial. Do we not need to also get a LONO for the MAN 4 stoke engine when we do the power trial? If not why not and if we do how come we have to burn for 6+ months on a ship but only a few days in a power plant?

It’s all odd. Probably the longest period without any significant RNS since the start of the company. At a time when we were meant to be exceptionally busy. Something is either massively brewing in the background or we could be massively being let down. Fingers crossed for the former.

Their tech has been proven over and over again for nearly 20 years and is getting better every year. Not sure why it would suddenly not work now 🤔

To be fair if they appointed him and then the marine got signed off as this was one of their stipulations I would take it al day long. Let’s just get things moving.

The time is now. Although that was said about 18 months ago! 🤦‍♂️ they need to change some form of approach as clearly something not working.

Will be interesting to see if these two sparkle plants fluctuate in the same way over the next 24h I guess. May definitely be something to ponder then.

So whoever said they maybe clutching at straws last Saturday saying maybe they are just trialling the fuels on the weekend could be onto something. Maybe it was HFO last weekend sparkle 8 to get the baseline and now we have MSAR and bioMSAR running concurrently in 6 and 7 as we speak. Or is this just more clutching 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

That placing price was super dumb at the time. With the hype and positivity at the time I rekon they would have got the same cash at 5 pence. We properly caved into the big boys on that decision.

Also for perspective we have had only 24 trades today so SP change is really not representative. If a signed deal came next week then we would be looking at over 1000+ trades for the day and the SP would more than double in a day if not a lot more. I would be concerned if the share price was dropping on hundreds of trades but not on a few.

Why would we raise in November with over 3m in the bank. Odd call that.

I would like to think IR haven’t responded as they plan to release a groundbreaking RNS asap.

Whatever happened to all parties are aiming for a May start to the trial!! Clearly they weren’t. Maybe next week will be the week.

Issue we have is either our board are telling us lies or our partners are. Either which isn’t great.

You have to wonder what all the staff are up to on a daily basis now. If we were that close to all the trials starting a few months ago and we have all the kit and chemicals ready to go on site then what would people be doing now??!

Yep very true. Inventing a new fuel and trying to roll it out world wide is definitely proving a big job but if it comes off I am sure all these delays will be forgotten.

Sparkle 8 slowly increasing today too. Interesting to see where it goes tomorrow.

Yep sorry HF I don’t think any trials have yet but I don’t think it will be long either. I do think once one project gets going though we could be in for a good run. As with everything there is always a lot more time in the planning of the job to ensure it all goes well. Rekon the last few years planning should suffice though so hopefully not long to wait for the actual trials.
