I know the depressing sp is worse than the start of Autumn in UK, rain , no sunshine....
My view is that the reason price in stuck on 20-21 p is because of the money in bank and funding. I think behind the scenes NM is trying t o raise the money for next whole year so that he doesn't need to go to market.
I think BNC or earthling mentioned the raise price,for the new funding , I don't think it will be at premium to current sp in the likes of 40p or 42p like what we have seen in the past . Hope it's a premium to current sp.
There are few positives happening as well -
1. Irwin being positive
2. NM to his best in presenting and raising money
3. Almost there to get news on the Long awaited Drill permits and we already have 5 identified, if one of the 5 turns positive we are not a 1 trick pony anymore.
4. In Oct, NM is out of the locking period. As we all know we expect some fireworks to happen.
5. Cu, is and would be in long demand.
6. MRE 3 results will be out in 2 months, I know it has never been positive to the SP but might be a game changer.
7. Most of the Analyst have predicted price to be around 70p to 120 P, so times 3 or 4 from current SP.
8. Ecuador government is positive about the Mining and want to be Pro mining.
list goes on ..
My view with the next activities is that Cascable would be sold to a consortium in next year for around 2 Billion till keeping 10-20 % still with Solgold, by that time NM would move to other targets provided Drill permits have come through. Rinse and repeat. According to me he still is more of an explorer then want to be a producer.
GL All guys and I know we need to have a patience of a Sage, I have all tucked in SIPP and Pension pot and have been thinking about to sell them many times, but what keeps me away for not doing it is the * times SP we can have in next 6-12 months time. It might be a risky strategy but less of a gamble.
Next 3 months would be a good indication of the sp in near future.
