I think not sure BHP can make an offer before Oct-2020. Anyways if it happens they wan to make sure they make the right offer with buy-in from Management already, they don't want to miss out like last time.

Anyways anything less then 1.5 Billion would not fly. A special dividend would needs to be atleast 20-30p or more say 50p.

Some dates were published earlier regarding Solgold presenting. Do we know if it's next week or week after.

Do we think any funding / JV news and CGP news would be coming soon. I believe we are very undervalued at this price. BHP and NCM knows better as for the same project they paid 45 and 41 P. Gold price bodes well.

Just looking at the gold we have makes this project profitable. Let's hope if NM has not given us Christmas gift, he may be planning Easter treat for us.

I look at Kaz - it has risen almost 60% in last 4-6 months.

BHP failed in the Bid during 2016, 4 year back I think they bid for 270 Million. I think they know it's going to be near about 2 Billion ish. Hope to see that soon rather then later.

I still think NM will sell cascable and move on to Prove other 13 targets, also Blanca and others might have given him a good insight of what we already have.

My take is that NM has spent 150 Million plus on Cascable, And at same time we have 13 tenements out of which we have 5 top priority. If Blanca is a "Pot of Gold" then NM may now be thinking of selling Cascable by being pressurised from Ecuador govt and others. With a promise to have easy sail on next 5 targets by having all the govt support.

Govt want to see this a success and don't want to leave it to a explorer to prove it. BHP,NCM,Rio and others are well on their list. NM needs to agree a price for cascable. Anything north of 1.5 Billion would be a great welcome. It would value Solg at 4 times of today's Mkt cap approx.

Just my thoughts ....

NM is really testing the patience of PI’s Having invested here from long time. Not sure what he wants to achieve by dropping the SP to these levels.

The only thing comes to mind is Cornerstone. If i am a cornerstone spa holder would appreciate the price increase.

Anyways time will tell. Only a month back BHP invested at 22 p nothing changed and we are at 17 p.

theiceberg, I have the same view as well.

NM is not naive in just raising 20 odd million from BHP @22 p, he must be waiting for something else to make sure there is enough excitement in the market about Solgold. If we get Blanca or any other turned good, we have drill from Mid-Sep we will be good. Moreover we will not be a single trick pony any more.

Lately I have seen no roadshows no marketing campaigns or anything from Solgold to push this. There must be quite a few things going in the background.

I am really disappointed if we knew MRE3 will be delayed why would only raise 22 Million ...

Solgers, do we know from the MRE 3 presentation and event at Vancouver that MRE -3 is delayed by months.

I am not able to follow the things - On Nov-25 we raised 22 Million from BHP, raising their stake to 14.5 percent. Not sure why would you do that, may be you don't want to raise a lot of money at 22p or may be BHP was no willing to give you lot of money.

If we tally up all the money spent at Ecuador , we must have spent in excess of 150 Million. It's a shame we are stuck at 20 p now.

I hope in next 2-4 weeks we should see some price triggers, helping us to leave 20's and march to 30's I know we are PI are desperate to have a buyout offer, some are ready to bit off at 50p or 60p.

Only time will tell, but I am becoming desperate to know NM's plan. He has got a lot of skin in the game...

Next 3 months is quite decisive from the SP prospective, I am assuming NM will do everything to push the price up. News awaited on multiple fronts - Ecuador wants this to be a success so this can be a shining start for others to follow.

I still believe we may get multiple exit points

Solgers this year has been tough on us as most of the my friends have already said the same thing. A lot has been done and achieved in this year, though not all has been reflected in the current SP.

I would have wished we have finished 2019 with a bang, here we are. I wish we had a better run.

Next year hope would be better for us whether me thinking rationally or emotionally . We have been in Ecuador for 8 years now have spent more then 120 million. I look at 2020 with a lot of positive news to be coming our way, sitting back and enjoy.

for me if Nick is invested , BHP , NCM and Blackrock is invested they know more than us and should be assuring. Most of the analyst either have a strong buy or Outperform so nothing to worry....

I am going to come a forecast for the sp, to be proven wrong again but who cares. We know one day we are going to strike gold. I believe we will be in multiples of 4 at-least from here - 80p is my guess.

Good post Colin.. I know it's frustrating to see the price at this level, being in the sp from 2007, being not felt like a satisfied shareholder.

I believe it's being suppressed for a reason, not sure what thought. Could be down to the reason to force cornerstone to accept Solg's offer.

Anyways one thing which keeps me going is that we have got a Tier 1 asset, no one can take it from us.

I still believe that Cascable/Alpla be sold to a consortium - BHP/NCM or RIO/Han**** or Chinese/Japanese... It won't be sold less than 2 Billion. We will definitely get a special dividend -

2. Blanca Drilling and results of Assays -
3. Stream Financing -
4. Drilling on other targets
5. Cornerstone offer finalise.

7 . others

Well in terms of Ecuador govt commitment to Mining. We now have 2 mining sites in production. With the MRE 3 in coming we would be at-least 3 or 4 in the Top 10 mining sites.

If MRE 3 comes good, we should seriously start moving North of current SP.

It may be different if Blanca and Provenier both have great drill results then that kind of figure is easily achievable .... or may be more...
