Nicksmith123,
The overcome limits statement is a standard statement and can be found in the previous management updates.
I also pick up on the confidence in over coming the dispute and very much hope it's closer than we think. as per their statements if no settlement is achieved then it's looking like legal action.
The formatting went wrong there. I'll try again

MisterETrayda (like the name)
It doesn't contain the information i was looking for. There was an early settlement for the loan with vatel that resulted in them gaining shares as per
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/NCYT/early-settlement-of-term-loan-el6d4d00e4r2pfv.html
I was wondering if there was any information which anyone has to suggest if they have been selling those shares after 31st Mar 2021
Does anyone know how many shares Vatel still have? I know they had just over a million shares available to sell after 31st March 2021. Not sure if they still hold them.
They also have 1.1 million shares available to be sold after 31st Dec 2021.
Wilson, they only need to RNS if they think it will have a material impact on their revenue/profit/share price
It's possible that there are listed companies that feel it wasn't relevant to announce in that manner
Docker68,
I think it's notices over 12 months and unique titles
it fits in for primerdesign

Wilson63,
I don't see NCYT , microgen or primerdesign being part of the link you posted - http://bidstats.uk/tenders/2021/W16/749469707
Have I missed something?
MS,
Yes it looks that way. The below link is from 26th Nov 2020 which is based on their statement from 24th Nov 2020. I imagine it took days if not weeks to run through their in-house testing prior to releasing the statement.
https://www.ibms.org/resources/news/sars-cov-2-rapid-testing-options/
PROmate was reported to be launched on 16th Nov 2020 through an R&D RNS
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/NCYT/rd-update-z33m1gapau1iph7.html
I'm guessing the statement didn't have PROmate to work with at that point. Can't find anything on IBMS in relation to PROmate but i'll keep digging.
March and April data for this year was released end of May. Downloaded the data and updated my pivots.
I've grabbed some companies that I keep an eye on. There might be a few I haven't picked up on.
Here is a link to a screenshot of some of the data. Link is also there for original source.

https://financialpost.com/pmn/business-pmn/abbott-cuts-2021-profit-forecast-on-lower-covid-19-testing-demand-2
"The new guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued in May allows people who have been vaccinated to travel in the U.S. without getting tested before or after travel"
"The company forecast 2021 sales related to COVID-19 testing between $4.0 billion and $4.5 billion, compared with its prior outlook of $6.5 billion to $7.0 billion"

poidster post is still available to view if you search the username however the thread is gone so the discussion can't be viewed.
its very similar opinion to mine which I and others have shared however poidster can get closer to the source than I can.
Hopefully a successful resolution can be agreed which allows both parties to continue their business together.
