Sounds to me it will be going to the wire.

Imagine writing out a lengthy, in depth lengthy general update to just delist. Nah can't see it.

New Nomad has substantially completed its due diligence.

Substantially implying the nitty gritty has been sorted, just the fine detail to comb through.

I feel WHI were not thorough in their duty as a result the whole corporate governance procedures had to be looked at. And as a result the new Nomad is understandably taking its time.

Everyone needs to think logically. If they were going to de list and shaft all shareholders, why would they provide a lengthy general update? Why would they advise discussions with a new Nomad are ongoing? They wouldn't. They'd disappear silently.

We've waited 3 months. Let's wait a few more days now.

Personally I think suspension has been purely due to NOMAD issues - there were quite a few emails from the company when people were chasing for an update stating 'when the issue was resolved'. Clearly aligning with the NOMAD.

Now I think we'll come back to the market with a new NOMAD and solid update about the prospects of the company going forward. Maybe some flanks info too.

Other than that it will be as you were. The SP will be extremely volatile on day one so it will be best to take a backseat and observe.

All in my opinion of course.

Question for the fund manager. Why did they wait until after the report to sell? What were they hoping to see.

Monster sell. Could have sold for 1.5m yesterday thought. But sold today for less when the project is even more derisked. Lol.

It was an exhilarating 5 minutes. And a taster of what's to come.

Switch off guys. Focus on some other stocks for now. These guys are churning money in the background. The SP will reflect that when it wants to.
