When a simple check on director dealings at the top of this lse page shows both Remy and Nick own circa 15 million shares each. This is a great rns, providing it is followed up shortly with ore order confirmation…. The warrant expiry extension is good, more money into the business, and for warrants at an exercise price of 40p the share price has to be 50-60p minimum, 3 bags from here. It’s looking good….

I agree Manx, I also think arcm will be bought out completely with this commercial transaction, everything points to it, all legals sorted, Casa sorted, I actually think AA asked arcm to buy that Botswana license last year, all the new aeromag surveys, Rothschild and finally does anyone really think Anglo American will do a JV with little old arcm, what would it cost to buy the lot? Between 250 and 500 million? It’s nothing to them!!

It does make me smile that the likes of Ella et al with their agendas whatever they may be clearly think that by posting on these bulletin boards they can affect a company’s share price, not in a million years does it/will it affect a share price, not one little bit, what a complete waste of time and energy.

This has huge potential, 300k Mcap and the board don’t get their options until there is an RTO, and they only have 1year to do it......see last nights options RNS.

I agree, 15-20 million sounds about right, I think Kanabo had a valuation of around 15 million 18 months ago, we know they have expanded since then and have more revenue now, so it maybe more than 15-20 million.
