I am sure they won’t but the last thing we need is a re-list in the current climate…

I suppose they have to say they cannot be 100% sure due to regulatory approval and this being ground breaking. I find it strange they have even issued this rns because it tells us nothing more, the next rns will be most likely be the prospectus which is what we expected anyway.

Bravo - tell me about it.... I realise these things take time with all the regulation, but jeez... positively with the money being borrowed going to boost sales hopefully this will boost the market cap by the time it RTO’s and re-lists.... maybe a big deal is being developed!

Good news of course, it appears almost certain this will go ahead, happy days. Can’t help thinking though the only reason for the update today was out of necessity because of the the loan(s), I still think we are a a good few months away from actual re-list day, the birthday for suspension won’t be far off the mark IMO.

If it is valued at 30 million on relist (I do think that is optimistic) existing SOP holders will loving it!

Value the company at 30 million, not raise 30 million, revenues are close if not already there why would they need anymore than 5million?

The spread is a killer BB, that’s NEX for you! It should tighten with increased volume on news, god willing!

Because you haven’t got loads of shares in the hands of market makers, and you need a sell from the retail market to buy, if nobody sells..... supply and demand.
