I might be stretching things a bit (or a lot), however posting for others thoughts either way. The linked article from 8th Aug 2017 talks about the Toyota Research Institute and it's 'Toyotas driver assistance technology, known as Guardian'. It is intentioned as an all emcopmassing driver assistance package I might add, but quotes in the article include: * 'Toyota describes Guardian as a high-level driver assist system, constantly monitoring the driving environment inside and outside the vehicle, ready to alert the driver of potential dangers and stepping in when needed to assist in crash avoidance.' *"TRIs strategy with Guardian is to have the human always in control of the vehicle and the technology intervenes to prevent crashes, *If you look at a persons ability to drive,it canebb and flow based on level of attentiveness or drowsiness. Guardian presents an opportunity to enhance overall drivingperformance. AGAIN appreciate I might be way off the mark here. http://insideunmannedsystems.com/toyotas-driver-assistance-technology-designed-help-not-overwhelm-drivers/

The article is titled '5 Inspiring Ways Organizations Are Using HR Data' - not much, but at least we are mentioned again from this perspective. "In another example, Australian company Seeing Machines has developed technology for mining trucks that tracks the drivers eyes in order to spot driver fatigue. The system uses a camera, GPS and accelerometer to track eye and eyelid movement, such as how often a driver blinks, how long those blinks last, and how slowly the eyelids are moving and it can do all this even if the driver is wearing sunglasses. When a driver closes their eyes for longer than 1.6 seconds, an alarm is triggered inside the truck both a noise and a vibration within the seat. Then, if the alarm is triggered for a second time, a dispatcher or supervisor is alerted, so that they can make contact with the driver via radio."

I am sure the following SEP 17 article has been posted before, I am still playing catch up on some articles of last year. Slimbiome is mentioned early on in the article and then a box further down mentions Slimbiome again and that Boots and H&B were interested in stocking. Also interesting, was the mention of a couple of alternative sugar producers, without Sweetbiotix mentioned. Any thoughts on the PureCircle Stevia based and Omega Ingredients fibre based sugar alternatives. https://www.foodmanufacture.co.uk/Article/2017/09/01/Weight-loss-is-calorie-control-no-longer-the-focus The second link shows a PureCircle Feb 18 news article stating a 200% planting increaese of it's Starleaf stevia. https://purecircle.com/news/purecircle-plans-massive-increase-in-starleaf-stevia-planting-this-year/ Link below to the Omega Ingredients ' Megasweet' fubre based Sugar alternative. http://www.omegaingredients.co.uk/omega-sweet Anyone with any thoughts on these Sweetbiotix rival options or perhaps broached SOH about them ? Or maybe there is plenty of Sugar alternative demand around the world, that we will get more than enough to satisfy our financial sweet tooths :) Thanks

I came across the following reporting on a website covering the new Subaru Forester and DMS. Not sure if it adds to anybody's ressearch for possibility of being SEE tech. Also, shows a different (than Alex8 link posting) dashcam view with the infrared camera seen. http://www.news.com.au/technology/innovation/motoring/hitech/new-subaru-forester-will-come-with-facial-recognition-to-detect-driver-fatigue-and-automatically-adjust-seat-and-mirrors/news-story/a7cc8a5f85a32c0f91c74000c49bf16b "Japanese brand Subaru has unveiled technology that will detect fatigue and driver distraction via a tiny infra-red camera in the dash. It will be able to tell if youre looking at your phone or have turned around to check on the kids in the back seat. The Subaru system is so smart it can even distinguish who is behind the wheel and then automatically adjust the seat, side mirrors and airconditioning according to the pre-set preferences of up to five drivers. Subaru says the camera can even see through most sunglasses and prescription glasses. It is the first time facial recognition technology will be available in an affordable car. However, this means the facial recognition system will be available at one-third the cost of cars with similar technology. Subaru says the new Forester is the first in its segment with facial recognition and among the first vehicles in the industry to incorporate technology that can address the important societal issue of distracted driving. In the future the facial recognition camera will be able to detect if a driver has lost consciousness and be able to bring the car to a complete stop."
Will have to create an account before full access to report. http://www.capitalnetwork.com/companies/research/110550/optibiotix-health-rapidly-transitioning-to-commercial-phase-110550.html
Is this the elusive Tata/Optibiotix product we have been looking for ? On the following website: http://ckingredients.com/ingredient-solutions/nutraceutical-ingredients-usa/ their is this section: FOSSENCE and GOSSENCEare premium-quality science-backed prebiotic dietary fibres produced by the Tata Group, a global conglomerate headquartered in India. FOS and GOS selectively enhance healthy bacteria in the gut, yielding therapeutic benefits in areas which include immunity, digestion, inflammation, weight management and cardiovascular health. Tata is committed to supporting FOSSENCEand GOSSENCEby carrying out the very best clinical research, including a landmark gut microbiome mapping study which is in process. Then you can 'learn more' to open a pdf as follows: http://www.ckingredients.com/pdf/Tata-FOS-GOS-2-Pager-Final-08242017.pdf Are we the GOSSENCE/GOS(Galacto Oligosaccharides) product described in the pdf. Sorry if completely off the mark.
