This is such a great board to be involved in, with many excellent contributions from all who are passionate about ITX becoming a huge success.

The information I have at the moment is that the 4 containers that arrived on the 11th of Feb 2025 were by the looks of it under one BOL with circa 20 Metric Tonnes in each

Which means that we took delivery of circa 80 MetricTonnes of raw material on the 11th which is twice the size of the initial shipment we had the same time last year. As seen below we also had deliveries on the 15th and 20th of Feb last year, guess shipments are down to availability of space on the cargo ships and that the shipments are weekly?

I would be looking at a minimum of 40 metric tonnes per shipment, basing this on the similar timescale/shipment size that they purchased some last year, so looking at a total of around 160metric tonnes plus.

Hopefully the website that gives me the exact details of the shipment will be updated in the next day or so, will update as soon as the information is available, you never know it might even be later today as an American site.

We need something constructive from ITX to alter the sentiment and gain us a bit of momentum in the upwards direction

If they are sourcing within the USA then we will not be able to track as no import/export paperwork will be needed.

I would have thought that if we are running 24 hours a day say 5/7 days a week that we must be using something like 5/10 metric tonnes a week?

so would need to be topping the stock up on a regular basis, a question for the presentation in April 8/9 weeks away

Has anyone else any visibility on current imports into the US maybe on a site they are paying for?

I am sure that they are on the case, the strange thing at the moment is that none of the sites that I use for shipping information have been updated since the 20th of Jan 2025, not sure that if this is related to the fact that this was the day Trump and his administration took office or not and that is for all shipments coming into the USA not just Itaconic acid, will keep monitoring.

Think that we have to take into consideration that we have a very well tightly run ship and we only have to deal with one or two variables in the current situation, we are in a much much better position than many others out there and can hopefully take advantage of this in the coming months/years.

Have also been tracking the flow of Itaconic Acid into the USA as all will be aware of and the interesting thing is that there have been no shipments logged on any of my sites since the 16th of jan 2025 suggesting that there has been nothing in that time having been imported into the USA as regards raw materials (Itaconic Acid) for anyone?

Are US companies now using home grown sources or is this just a blip, will keep monitoring.

Interesting times ahead

I personally see no reason to be selling, but other may have financial commitments, that means they have to sell.

You can always look at it as a buying opportunity (average down)

The thing is that all those ingredients that have been stockpiled and are sitting in our warehouse in Belgium are bought and paid for(cost for raw materials, labour, manufacture etc) and are ready to be sold on to make a circa 35% GPM on (money in the bank).

Just for information 27th March 2017 RNS.

Plant expansion - a $1m investment has been made to upgrade the Group's polyitaconate manufacturing facility in New Hampshire, quadrupling the previous capacity. After successful commissioning, the facility came on line in March 2017.

I know that this is a few years ago now, but we are not talking huge amounts to achieve this nowadays (quadrupling capacity !!!)
