No they do not have the capability at the moment to produce Itaconic Acid, although this is an ambition of Johns, to have such a facility..

Do we know what the exact situation is with Tariffs, as I was under the impression that, the itaconic acid being imported into the US was not subject to tariffs as this was being used to produce an end product in the US ?.

Having looked at this previously, there appears to be quite a few producers of Itaconic Acid in the US, but I guess it is all down to price at the end of the day, as I have stated previously we are in a fortunate position, we are only dealing with one improbable.

4/5 weeks till the presentation, hopefully we will have something out before that to stir the SP.

Wow

This is what happens when you elect a clown into the Whitehouse, markets totally spooked as they have not got a clue in which direction the US is going ( tariffs today, no we will wait a month or will we), to me to you , let's see what happens in the Big Top next.

Is this the same play we had a few months ago, where the SP dropped below £1 (2p old money), totally way oversold.

Guess a few trying to sell and get a better entry price, too risky for me like, will try and pick up some more before the end of play, when this has bottomed out, did notice a bit of a pattern to the sells, not sure what that indicates.

Can we have some more meat on the bones as regards SPARX.

Confirmation that we are now running two production lines, one where we are producing our standard ingredients used for formulation by the likes of Unilever, Henkel etc and one where we are producing dishwasher/Laundry Tablets/pods for smaller brands?

Are there issues getting good applicants for the positions being advertised? as some positions have had a requirement for quite a while?

Two points that I have off the top of my head would be

1 Sparx collaboration, we are now 3/4 months into this agreement with no updates as regards progress, just that we were advised " The program has a goal of having brands release at least ten new products generated from these collaborative efforts by the end of 2025. " ?

2 Elsol you have previously advised this board of Capex proposed for this year, is it worth seeing if they would be willing to elaborate on what this expenditure might entail.

Was looking at the timescales involved and there is a six month gap between filed and publication date on an application for IP, so does that mean that we may already have filed for the IP on super absorbents, but it will not be showing at the moment?
