Its very hard to get a decent pirate when a film is released at the cinema! When a film is released to a streaming service their is a HD 1080 ver

I absolutely love going to the cinema! Out for food before or after Popcorn, Nachos, Large Coke and a great film! It is a lot of peoples go to place and caters for all ages!

I am not saying that Streaming services will not eventually take over the world of cinema. Personally, I think that cinemas will be around for a number of years as the problem with streaming services is that people can easily pirate them in HD quality and upload them online which means the studios lose billions! This is why I don't think Streaming services will be the go-to for Blockbuster movies! Unless someone works out a way to stop people pirating the streaming services which at this point in time is near impossible!

Virtually worthless at these prices yes, your probably right! You forget that this is trading at a market cap of £40 million! Which is ridiculous! In 2019 when turnover was $4.5 Billion this was trading at £3.20 per share with a market cap of $4/$5 billion! If they were to sell 5 billion more shares at 3p diluting us to 6 to 1 then the price would still be around 50p per share based on it getting back to 2019 levels so all the investors would still, make good money based on todays prices of 3.2p!

How can you say that? Cinema revenue for Box Office sales worldwide was at $39 billion year on year growth of 1.6% until Covid hit! In my opinion with all the films being released in 2023 I can see this hitting well over $40 Billion!

This happens across most shares when they drop a lot! Does that mean all of them are going to go Bust?

The reason the Share price is where it is now is because some silly news outlet decided to scare everyone with the word "bankruptcy" and not explain exactly what was going on!

I looked at them! Seen massive declining sales and increasing debt and thought not a chance! Cineworld is nothing like that! As they have had a bad few years with covid and reduced films from the studios so turnover has decreased but as mentioned below they will be back to $4.5 billion + and lenders are not idiots and will see that! I am not telling anyone to invest or not invest it is totally up to them!

You forget that CINE new they needed to restructure this debt at the year-end of 2021! it is all written in the final results if you actually read them. This is a working progress and they have been working on it for months! The difference between Mccolls and Debenhams is that they had stagnant growth and no means of getting more people through the doors to spend more money! And where in massive decline with increasing debt! At least with Cineworld they do have a means to get more people through the door which is numerous blockbuster films are lined up for the next few years. Late 2022/2023 and 2024 will be massive for the film industry as all the blockbusters are released at 2/3 a month! Meaning the Cineworld will be back to a $4.5 billion + turnover!

They only state that it is an option! To me they are going to their lenders and asking for time on the debt and a maybe a restructuring and if they are not willing to negotiate then they will go forward with a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Which does mean they can still apply for addition loans with court approval! I cannot imagine that the lenders will want to lose everything as CINE will have the means to pay back the money in the coming months/years! There a number of movies being released Late 2022 and in to 2023! Which will help revenue climb back to $4.5 Billion +

Cineworld is in discussions with many of its major stakeholders including its secured lenders and their legal and financial advisers.

I can see the likes of Disney making a bid at these prices! With the films they have coming out in the next 12 months I cannot imagine them wanting to see a reduction of cinema screens around the world! Especially in the US! There are about 40,000 screens in the US of which Cineworld equate for 6500 of these!

A lot of these are the reason why this is trading at 3p! De ramping the share price and costing people their money and jobs!

They all come on this board as if investing in any company is a sure thing and you will always make money! And that this is the only risky share out there! Obviously, this is a risk but so is the reward if it all goes well! How many flag ship companies have lost Millions/Billions from their share prices?

$5 Billion is Pocket change for the any of them companies! Disney are the ones set to lose the most money if they go under! As they produce the most movies to cinema!

You say that cinema footfall is reducing. I disagree! The top 15 films released up to now have grossed $9 Billion and counting! This is with reduced films released in 2022. We have the below blockbusters that will easily hit $500m + Worldwide each! With Avatar probably hitting $2 Billion on its own! Probably another $4/$5 Billion before year end into early 2023!

Thats my opinion! Losing the 2nd biggest cinema chain in the world will hit the profits of Disney, Warner Bro, Paramount, Sony etc! Especially with the big blockbusters that are due at the end of the year into next year!
