We have all the speculation of what might happen theres one sure thing to happen WE ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. 2p seems to be the bottom and yesterday saw panic sells If this was a bad situation why hasn't the price dropped like a month ago to .98 - because we are further a long the line this time this business isn't going to be saved for fear of riots/financial meltdowns across the world etc...its about ASTO being restructured to continue and make profit and re pay creditors - all positive IMHO

Agree with pillar2post............today is all about getting the SOA approved. I expect another ajournment and resume in court 1 month from now with a agreement in place that the judge things is fair to all parties The worst time was a month ago when the judge could of allowed the winding up petition to happen We are why past that now and only the CREDITORS need satisfying. We still have £10M potential investment too Its all down to the judge to be happy with today presentations from all parties I expect an RNS after hours like 2 days ago as its got to be perfectly written/drafted so all understand what happening IMHO its still a very STRONG BUY

many thanks your my first complimentary comment from any LSE member....and also respect to you as I often see you posting on other shares and take on board more experienced posters my end game with ASTO is 7/8p in the immediate short term and and % in for the long term as it was 63p not so long ago and might take longer than 12 months to get back there

why didn't we just go bust? we choose an SOA - very rare and not a CVA why did the judge last month adjourn the winding up order, because it will do no one any favours the judge tomorrow has a morale obligation to force a positive conclusion to benefit all IMHO

i agree with you and investors should DYOR, but in these circumstances all parties are looking for positive closure ROK/Connaught - they had there reasons not to talk to creditors and didn't even enter a CVA. most business go bust to start again debt free - ASTO have choose to talk to creditors.

they will play ball as in most cases they have to be seen to help its only after repeated false promisesof payment or de faults by companies in debt they then go for the closure asto have to much riding on it for them to pull the plug especially in this current climate - there would be uproar if they didn't play ball

we can only go north - bad financials have cost this business dear but once re structured through the legal process and tomorrow we will all know I can only see the share price heading.............UP UP UP a takeover was rejected a few months ago and we are now a "PERFECT TARGET" - we are a bargain to a experience company who can run it properly IMHO

simple - quite right last month was the WORST period - not now - we're stronger as exmouth says its in nobodys interest to go under one point to clarify is that the largest creditors will have the largest % vote so again its in their interest to succeed

this time last month we could of gone out of business, we are well past that now as all parties wish to succeed last moth it dropped to .98 then rose to 3.7 todays drop is at lowest so far 2p so once good news arrives then similar rise on the cards even another ajournment will be ok which gives more time to arrange payment plans to creditors IMHO

I'm in this field and its black or white black - we go under creditors lose all white - re structure, creditors get all over time or a % which is better than nothing please remember the financial houses involved here - they want to succeed please remember contracts for the middle east please remember the business is WEAK only in the financials not anything else - which are tring to be sorted as we speak once ASTO financial structure is in place and all parties are happy then a possible takeover is on the cards

the last RNS is basically saying lets sit down with our creditors and thrash out a deal to suit all - no negative spin there. no creditor will want to be taken for a whole hit - thats why good news can only come in the next 24 hours IMHO

Weak holders leave but all the important news is to come................too many positive end plays ASTO will re structure and continue in business

a very well timed RNS and I agree with the timing being so that we can all digest the situation. i see no negatives, we wont be allowed to go under so the SP should stay around 3p as creditors will want something rather than nothing re structuring of the finances is of paramount importance to all involved. its a win/win as when the SOA gains approval this stock should rocket the same as last time 157% if a takeover happens another push for the SP..........to where I dont know only the weak will leave tomorrow not fully understanding the bigger picture - all interested parties won't to save ASTO all IMHO

patience is the key and we will all know very soon the outcome live 2.66/2.77
